The present invention relates to a conjugated diene polymer end-modified with an alkoxysilane derivative. More particularly, the present invention relates to an end-modified conjugated diene polymer, wherein an alkoxysilane derivative having an ether group and a dialkylamino group is bonded as end modifier to an end of a conjugated diene polymer, which is useful as a rubber material for a tire tread owing to improved compatibility with an inorganic reinforcing agent and improves dynamic mechanical properties such as wet traction, rolling resistance, Mooney viscosity, processability, etc.

The present invention provides an end-modified diene copolymer having excellent compatibility with silica as a reinforcement material, and a preparation process thereof, in which the end-modified diene copolymer is prepared by preparing a living polymer of a conjugated diene monomer and/or a vinyl aromatic monomer, modifying the living polymer with a reactive organosiloxane compound, and then modifying the end of the living polymer, to which the organosiloxane compound has not been coupled, with an organosilane compound having various functional groups. When the end-modified diene copolymer is used as a rubber material in the manufacture of a silica tire, the dispersion of silica in the copolymer can be improved and the bonding strength between silica and the rubber can be significantly increased, thereby manufacturing a high-quality silica tire.

Provided are an organically modified silica master batch elastomer having superior affinity for silica and a method for preparing the same. A copolymer solution-polymerized from a conjugated diene-based monomer and a vinyl aromatic monomer is mixed in solution with organically modified silica having the silica modified with a specific aliphatic hydrocarbon to prepare the organically modified silica master batch elastomer. The organically modified silica master batch elastomer according to the present invention has improved mechanical properties, abrasion resistance and blending processability over the existing master batch elastomers containing common silica. Thus, when it is used as a tire material, improved fuel efficiency, abrasion resistance and wet traction may be expected.
