A portable electronic device is provided. The portable electronic device includes a front glass cover that forms the front of the electronic device, a back cover that forms the back of the electronic device, a bezel that surrounds the space formed between the front and back covers and is formed integrally with, or separately from, the back cover, wherein the bezel has a first opening with a first size and a second opening with a second size smaller than the first size, the second opening being disposed adjacent to the first opening, a display device that is located in the space and has a screen area exposed through the front cover, a tray structure that is inserted into the space through the first opening and is detachably mounted, the tray structure having a recess in which a memory card and/or a subscriber identification module (SIM) card is received, a first member that holds the tray structure when the tray structure is inserted into the space and a second member that allows a first member to release the tray structure by the press of an external member that is inserted through the second opening, and a waterproof structure that includes a first portion that is movably inserted into the second opening, a first end portion that makes contact with the second member by the press of the external member, and a second end portion that is pressed by the external member.

Portable electronic device

An example portable electronic device includes a front glass cover; a rear cover; a bezel surrounding a space defined by the front cover and the rear cover, the bezel including a portion including an opening; a display device built in the space; and a plate including a plane parallel to the front cover within the space. The example electronic device includes a key movably inserted in the opening; a support structure mounted on the plate or a portion of the bezel and including a hole through which the key passes; a dome button mounted on the support structure and arranged to face the first surface of the key and the hole so that the key can be pressed; and a waterproof structure including a flexible material.

Electronic device and electronic device manufacturing method

Various embodiments relating to an electronic device including a key module are disclosed, and according to one embodiment, a portable electronic device comprises: a front glass cover defining the front surface of the electronic device; a rear cover defining the rear surface of the electronic device; a bezel surrounding a space defined by the front cover and the rear cover, the bezel being integrally formed with or separately formed from the rear cover, the bezel including a portion including an opening; a display device built in the space and including a screen area exposed through the front cover; and a plate including a plane parallel to the front cover within the space, wherein the opening penetrates from the outside of the bezel toward the space in a first direction. The electronic device comprises: a key having a size and a shape that can pass through the opening, the key being movably inserted in the opening and including a first surface facing the first direction; a support structure mounted on the plate or a portion of the bezel and including a hole through which the key passes; a dome button mounted on the support structure and arranged to face the first surface of the key and the hole so that the key can be pressed when moving in the first direction; and a waterproof structure including a flexible material. The waterproof structure may comprise: a first portion located between the first surface of the key and the dome button; and a second portion extending from the first portion and inserted between the support structure and the bezel, the second portion sealing a space between the support structure and the bezel so as to waterproof the space. Other various embodiments are also possible.

A connection device and method of manufacturing the same is provided. The connection device includes a housing including a first face, into which a plug is introduced, and a second face, that is formed to be in contact with the first face; a connection hole extending to the inside of the housing from the first face; an opening extending from the first face to the second face to partially expose the connection hole on at least the second face; and a sealing member arranged on an outer peripheral surface of the housing to surround a region where the opening is formed.

Connection device, manufacturing method of the same, and electronic device including the same

A display device and/or an electronic device including the same, according to various embodiments of the present invention, may comprise: a window member; an optical adhesive layer applied on an inner surface of the window member; a display panel bonded on the inner surface of the window member with the optical adhesive layer interposed therebetween; a bonding region which is disposed at at least one edge of the display panel such that a portion of the display panel extends beyond the optical adhesive layer to directly face the window member; a first space, formed between the window member and the bonding region, at least corresponding to the thickness of the optical adhesive layer; and a sealing member at least partially filled in the first space. The electronic device as above may vary according to embodiments.

Display device and electronic device comprising same

A connection device and method of manufacturing the same is provided. The connection device includes a housing that includes a first face, into which a plug is introduced, and a second face that is formed to be in contact with the first face, a connection hole that extends to the inside of the housing from the first face, an opening that extends from the first face to the second face to partially expose the connection hole on at least the second face, and a sealing member that is arranged on an outer peripheral surface of the housing to surround a region where the opening is formed. When mounted on the case member of the electronic device, the sealing member may form a dustproof and waterproof structure between the inner peripheral surface of the case member and the outer peripheral surface of the housing.
