A display device includes: a substrate including a display area and a non-display area, the substrate having a first portion of a through hole penetrating in a thickness direction thereof in the display area, an etching stopper on one surface of the substrate, the etching stopper having a second portion of the through hole connected to one end of the first portion of the through hole, a display layer on one surface of the etching stopper, and the display layer including a connection line on the second portion of the through hole, an insulating layer on other surface opposite to the one surface of the substrate, the insulating layer having a third portion of the through hole connected to the other end of the first portion of the through hole, and a pad unit on an other surface of the insulating layer and connected to the connection line.

The second surface of the display part is opposite to the first surface of the display part, and the second surface of the pad part is opposite to the first surface of the pad part. A thickness of the bending part is smaller than at least one of a thickness of the display part and a thickness of the pad part. A planar shape of the bending part is determined by the metal layer.

Display device and tiled display including the same

A flexible display device includes a first flexible substrate that includes a signal line formed on one side of the first flexible substrate. A second flexible substrate is disposed on a second side of the first flexible substrate that is located opposite to the first side of the first flexible substrate. An opening penetrates the first flexible substrate and the second flexible substrate. A driver is attached to the second flexible substrate. A connection portion electrically connects the driver and the signal line to each other through the opening.

Flexible display device and manufacturing method thereof

A display device includes a base layer including a first surface and a second surface, pixels and first lines that are disposed on the first surface, second lines disposed on the second surface and corresponding to the first lines, a multi-layered etch stopper layer disposed on the first surface and disposed between the base layer and the first lines, and via holes penetrating the base layer and the multi-layered etch stopper layer, the via holes connecting the first lines to the second lines. Display device and method of fabricating the same

A diameter of the first coupling portion is smaller than a diameter of the alignment hole.

Tiled display device

A display device includes a first heat dissipation member disposed on a display panel, and an air generator disposed on the first heat dissipation member, wherein the air generator includes an air blower, and an air flow path disposed at a side of the air blower and extending in a first direction. The air blower includes a body defining an inner space of the air blower, a first diaphragm and a second diaphragm disposed in the inner space of the body and facing each other, a first magnet disposed on a surface of the first diaphragm, and a second magnet disposed on a surface of the second diaphragm, and an air discharge hole of the body disposed between the first diaphragm and the second diaphragm, the air discharge hole opened toward the air path, and at least one of the first magnet and the second magnet is an electromagnet.

Display device including an air generator

A display panel including a base substrate which includes a display area and a non-display area, a polarizing member disposed on a surface of the base substrate and including a plurality of grid patterns overlapping the display area and a reflective pattern overlapping the non-display area, and a pixel array layer which overlaps the polarizing member and is insulated from the polarizing member. A first height from the surface of the base substrate to an upper surface of the reflective pattern is different from a second height from the surface of the base substrate to upper surfaces of the grid patterns.

The display device includes a first display substrate, a second display substrate facing the first display substrate; and a sealant disposed between the first display substrate and the second display substrate, in the seal area. The sealant covers the first opening. Provided are a liquid crystal display (LCD) comprising: a first substrate; a second substrate which faces the first substrate; a liquid crystal layer which is disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate; a wire grid polarizer (WGP) which is disposed on the first substrate; a WGP insulating layer which is disposed on the WGP and covers the WGP; and a pad electrode which is disposed on the first substrate, wherein the first substrate comprises a non-overlap area protruding from the second substrate, a sidewall of the WGP insulating layer is located in the non-overlap area, and the pad electrode extends from the non-overlap area of the first substrate along the sidewall of the WGP insulating layer.

Liquid crystal display

A liquid crystal display includes a first substrate. A plurality of fine metal lines is disposed on the first substrate. The plurality of fine metal lines including a plurality of small regions. A second substrate is aligned with the first substrate. A light blocking portion is disposed on the second substrate. The light blocking portion is disposed in a region between the small regions of the plurality of small regions of the plurality of fine metal lines.

Liquid crystal display including wire grid polarizer and manufacturing method thereof
