Disclosed are an apparatus for controlling vehicle platooning and a method thereof. The apparatus includes a communication device that receives estimated acceleration from a leading vehicle, a radar sensor that measures acceleration of a preceding vehicle, and a controller that calculates corrected acceleration by using the estimated acceleration received from the leading vehicle and the acceleration (hereinafter, referred to as a measured acceleration) of the preceding vehicle measured by the radar sensor and controls the vehicle platooning based on the corrected acceleration.

A vehicle position estimating apparatus may include a position estimation device that maps objects recognized by a sensor of the vehicle and located around of the vehicle to a parking lot map and estimates a position of the vehicle based on movement information related to the vehicle, a weight setting device that predicts a mapping accuracy of the objects using a detected result of a landmark mapped to the parking lot map by the sensor and gives a weight to each particle corresponding to an interest point of each object based on the predicted mapping accuracy of the objects, and a position correction device that corrects the estimated position of the vehicle using the each weighted particle.

A bead for stitching, a vacuum cap for suction-holding an internal organ, and an apparatus for stitching an internal organ using the vacuum cap are disclosed. The bead includes a through hole which is formed vertically through the bead so that a stitching fiber passes through the bead. At least one of both ends of the bead is inclined relative to a transverse direction of the bead. The bead is shaped to pass through a hole formed in a stitching needle. That apparatus includes an endoscope tube having a stitching needle which is movable in a longitudinal direction thereof and a suction tube for drawing air, and a vacuum cap having at an end thereof a fastening hole to which the endoscope tube is fastened. A suction hole is formed in the vacuum cap in a direction crossing the fastening hole.
