The present invention relates to a method for analyzing the interaction between a binding protein and a target material, including measuring the interaction between the binding protein and a target material using an interaction trapper (IT) cell. The IT cell has the binding protein displayed on the surface of intracellular inclusion bodies, i.e., insoluble aggregates, by expressing a fusion protein which forms active protein particles containing the binding protein. The method includes increasing cell permeability without affecting the activity of the binding protein displayed on the cells and genetic information.

Disclosed is a homeotropic alignment liquid crystal film without an alignment layer and a method for preparing the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a homeotropic alignment liquid crystal film without using a separate alignment layer to induce a homeotropic alignment of the liquid crystal in which a liquid crystal layer has a homeotropic alignment property by coating a polymerizable and reactive liquid crystalline mixture solution including a predetermined surfactant on a plastic substrate whose surface are hydrophilic-treated, and drying and UV irradiating the mixture solution; a method for preparing the same. The homeotropic alignment liquid crystal film prepared according to the present invention may be very useful as a major component of a viewing-angle compensation film and a retardation film, etc. in LCD, and has advantages of simplicity of the manufacturing process, its shortened manufacturing time, its mass production, etc.

There is provided a polarizer integrally containing view angle compensating film used in an in-plane switching liquid crystal display (IPS-LCD) filled with liquid crystal (&#x394;&#x2208;&#x3e;0) having positive dielectric anisotropy and an in-plane switching liquid crystal display comprising the same. The present invention relates to a polymerizable liquid crystal composition that includes a polymerizable reactive homeotropic alignment liquid crystal mixture solution and a primary or secondary amino compound, a homeotropic alignment liquid crystal film using the same, and a method for manufacturing the same. According to the present invention, regardless of the alignment film, a stable homeotropic alignment liquid crystal film may be manufactured.
