Disclosed are an insertion automation method and system based on deep-learning parcel recognition. The insertion automation method includes determining an initial gradient change angular velocity of a tipper based on a total weight of parcels in the tipper, recognizing a loading state of the parcels in the tipper by inputting images of the parcels in the tipper to an object recognition model, and redetermining a gradient change angular velocity and gradient angle of the tipper based on the recognized loading state, in which the loading state of the parcels in the tipper includes at least one of a position, size, and packing material of the parcels in the tipper.

According to the method for preparing a sialic acid derivative of the present invention, expensive cytidine 5'-monophosphate (CMP) is capable of being recycled in a reactor, such that an amount of the CMP introduced into the reactor may be reduced, and the sialic acid derivative is capable of being prepared at a significantly high efficiency by using cheap N-acetyl-D-glucosamine, and pyruvate as substrates.

Provided is a method and apparatus for encoding and decoding multi-view video data. The encoding method includes: decomposing each view image of the multi-view video into an overlapped region and a non-overlapped region, the overlapped region being overlapped with other view image and the non-overlapped region not being overlapped with other view image; generating a stitched image by combining the non-overlapped region of each view image and a middle view image; encoding the stitched image using a first encoding algorithm; and encoding the overlapped region of each view image, using a second encoding algorithm. The apparatus includes a database which stores information on a plurality of reference active sites, a comparing unit which calculates 3D structural similarities according to the number of overlapping residues, with respect to an input active site and the stored reference active site, and a search unit which searches the reference active site with respect to the input active site according to the similarities.
