An air conditioner includes a discharge blade configured to move between a guide position at which a direction of air blown from a blower fan and discharged to an outlet is controlled, and a closing position at which the outlet is closed, wherein the discharge blade includes a plurality of blade holes through which the air is discharged through the discharge blade at the closing position, wherein the discharge blade moves between the guide position and the closing position and controls an air flow from the blower fan to a discharge plate or the outlet. Through this configuration, an air flow discharged to the outside of the housing can be controlled by operation of the discharge blade.

Air conditioner

Disclosed is an air conditioner to prevent deterioration of cooling or heating performance caused by re-introduction of cooling or heating air into a heat exchanger. The air conditioner includes a housing including an air discharge plate having a plurality of holes and an outlet, a heat exchanger located inside the housing, a blower fan configured to blow air heat-exchanged with the heat exchanger toward the air discharge plate or the outlet, a blade rotating between a guide position to guide a direction of air blown from the blower fan and discharged through the outlet and a closing position to close the outlet, wherein the blade includes a first blade and a second blade spaced apart from the first blade and configured to guide air blown from the blower fan toward the air discharge plate when the first blade is located at the closing position.

An air conditioner includes a heat exchanger configured to exchange heat with air introduced into a housing and a blowing fan configured to blow the air which is heat-exchanged with the heat exchanger to outside of the housing. The air conditioner may control a first and a second doors configured to open or close a first and second blowing ports provided in the housing and a guide blade configured to control paths in the housing, so that the air conditioner may blow the air of various flow.

An integrated air conditioner having a condenser casing, prevents noise from being generated and prevents a condenser fan from being damaged or broken, due to contact between the condenser casing and the condenser fan. The condenser casing includes a front plate, an upper cover, and a plurality of coupling ribs between the front plate and the upper cover, to be spaced apart from each other at regular intervals. The condenser casing further includes a plurality of locking projections projected from a front edge of the upper cover toward the front plate, and a plurality of locking holes provided along an upper edge of the front plate. The locking projections are inserted into the corresponding locking holes after the coupling ribs are cut to separate the upper cover from the front plate, so that the upper cover is assembled with the front plate. The condenser fan is placed under the upper cover at a position in back of the locking projections.

Integrated air conditioner having condenser casing

An air conditioner includes a housing body in which are disposed a heat exchanger, a fan for circulating air across the heat exchanger, and a motor connected to one end of the fan for rotating the fan about an axis. Integrally formed on an opposite end of the fan is a bearing housing in which a bearing is disposed. The bearing has a center hole aligned with the axis. A bracket affixed to the housing includes a shaft which extends toward the fan and extends through the center hole of the bearing to rotatably support the fan.
