Described are a process and a system for hydrotreating a deoiled asphalt. The process includes: (2) introducing a deoiled asphalt and an aromatics-containing stream into a first reaction unit for hydrogenation reaction, wherein the first reaction unit comprises a mineral-rich precursor material and/or a hydrogenation catalyst, and the first reaction unit is a fixed bed hydrogenation unit; (21) fractionating the liquid-phase product from the first reaction unit to provide a first light component and a first heavy component; (31) introducing the first light component into a second reaction unit for reaction, to provide a gasoline component, a diesel component and/or a BTX feedstock component; and (32) introducing the first heavy component to a delayed coking unit for reaction; or using the first heavy component as a low sulfur ship fuel oil component.

Process and system for hydrotreating deoiled asphalt

Described are a process and a system for processing aromatics-rich fraction oil. The process includes: (1) introducing an aromatics-rich fraction oil into a fifth reaction unit for hydrosaturation, followed by fractionation, to provide a first light component and a first heavy component; (2) introducing a deoiled asphalt and an aromatics-comprising stream including the first heavy component into a hydrogen dissolving unit to be mixed with hydrogen, and introducing the mixed material into a first reaction unit for a hydrogenation reaction; (3) fractionating a liquid-phase product from the first reaction unit to provide a second light component and a second heavy component; (41) introducing the second light component into a second reaction unit for reaction; and (42) introducing the second heavy component into a delayed coking unit for reaction; or using the second heavy component as a component of low sulfur ship fuel oil.

Process and system for processing aromatics-rich fraction oil

Disclosed is a hydrofining catalyst comprising: an inorganic refractory component comprising a first hydrodesulfurization catalytically active component in a mixture with at least one oxide selected from the group consisting of alumina, silica, magnesia, calcium oxide, zirconia and titania; a second hydrodesulfurization catalytically active component; and an organic component comprising a carboxylic acid and optionally an alcohol. The hydrofining catalyst of the present application shows improved performance in the hydrofining of distillate oils. Also disclosed are a hydrofining catalyst system comprising the hydrofining catalyst, a method for preparing the catalyst and catalyst system, and a process for the hydrofining of distillate oils using the catalyst or catalyst system.

Hydrofining catalyst, its preparation and application thereof

A process for converting inferior feedstock oil includes several steps. In step a) the inferior feedstock oil is subjected to a low severity hydrogenation reaction. The reaction product is separated to produce a gas, a hydrogenated naphtha, a hydrogenated diesel and a hydrogenated residual oil. In step b) the hydrogenated residual oil obtained in step a) is subjected to a first catalytic cracking reaction, the reaction product is separated to produce a first dry gas, a first LPG, a first gasoline, a first diesel and a first FCC-gas oil. In step c) the first FCC-gas oil obtained in step b) is subjected to a hydrogenation reaction of gas oil, the reaction product is separated to produce a hydrogenated gas oil, and in step d) the hydrogenated gas oil obtained in step c) is subjected to the first catalytic cracking reaction of step b) or a second catalytic cracking reaction.

Process for converting inferior feedstock oil

The present application relates to a process for treating gasoline, comprising the steps of: splitting a gasoline feedstock into a light gasoline fraction and a heavy gasoline fraction; optionally, subjecting the resulting light gasoline fraction to etherification to obtain an etherified oil; contacting the heavy gasoline fraction with a mixed catalyst and subjecting it to desulfurization and aromatization in the presence of hydrogen to obtain a heavy gasoline product; wherein the mixed catalyst comprises an adsorption desulfurization catalyst and an aromatization catalyst. The process of the present application is capable of reducing the sulfur and olefin content of gasoline and at the same time increasing the octane number of the gasoline while maintaining a high yield of gasoline.

Process for treating gasoline

A process for producing light olefins and aromatics, which comprises reacting a feedstock by contacting with a catalytic cracking catalyst in at least two reaction zones, wherein the reaction temperature of at least one reaction zone among the reaction zones downstream of the first reaction zone is higher than that of the first reaction zone and its weight hourly space velocity is lower than that of the first reaction zone, separating the spent catalyst from the reaction product vapor, regenerating the separated spent catalyst and returning the regenerated catalyst to the reactor, and separating the reaction product vapor to obtain the desired products, light olefins and aromatics. This process produces maximum light olefins such as propylene, ethylene, etc from heavy feedstocks, wherein the yield of propylene exceeds 20% by weight, and produces aromatics such as toluene, xylene, etc at the same time.

Disclosed is a combination process for improved hydrotreating and catalytic cracking of hydrocarbon oils, including: contacting residual oil, catalytic cracking cycle oil, and optional distillate oil with a hydrotreating catalyst under hydrotreating conditions in the presence of hydrogen followed by separation of the reaction products to obtain gas, hydrogenated naphtha, hydrogenated diesel oil, and hydrogenated tail oil; contacting the hydrogenated tail oil and optional normal catalytic cracking feedstock oil with a cracking catalyst under catalytic cracking conditions followed by separation of the reaction products to obtain dry gas, hydrogenated naphtha, liquefied petroleum gas, catalytic cracked gasoline, catalytic cracked diesel oil, and catalytic cracking cycle oil; wherein the hydrogenated tail oil and/or normal catalytic cracking feedstock oil are separated into at least two fractions, the light and the heavy fractions or normal catalytic cracking heavy feedstock oil and normal catalytic cracking light feedstock oil, prior to contacting the hydrogenated tail oil and/or normal catalytic cracking feedstock oil with the cracking catalyst. The process according to the present invention is especially suitable for conversion of hydrocarbon oils to produce more products of gasoline or diesel oil.

Integrated process for hydrogenation and catalytic cracking of hydrocarbon oil

Combined process of hydrotreating and catalytic cracking of hydrocarbon oils

The present invention relates to a hydrocracking catalyst comprising an acidic silica-alumina, an optional alumina, an effective quantity of at least one VIII Group metal component(s), an effective quantity of at least one VIB Group metal component(s) and an organic additive, wherein the organic additive is one or more selected from the group consisting of an oxygen-containing or nitrogen-containing organic compound, and the molar ratio of the organic additive to the VIII Group metal component(s) is 0.01-10. The present invention relates further to a process for producing the hydrocracking catalyst and use of the catalyst in a process for hydrocracking hydrocarbon oils. The hydrocracking catalyst provided according to the present invention shows a higher activity for aromatic hydrosaturating and ring-opening reaction, as compared with the prior art hydrocracking catalyst.

Hydrocracking catalyst, a process for producing the same, and the use of the same

A process for producing light olefins and aromatics, which comprises reacting a feedstock with a catalytic cracking catalyst in at least two reaction zones, wherein the reaction temperature of at least one reaction zone downstream of the first reaction zone is higher than that of the first reaction zone and its weight hourly space velocity is lower than that of the first reaction zone. The spent catalyst is separated, from the reaction product vapor, regenerated, and then returned to the reactor. The reaction product vapor is separated to obtain the desired products, light olefins and aromatics. This process efficiently produces light olefins such as propylene, ethylene, etc from heavy feedstocks, wherein the yield of propylene exceeds 20% by weight, and produces aromatics such as toluene, xylene, etc at the same time.

The present invention provides a hydrogenation catalyst, containing a carrier, metal components of nickel, molybdenum and tungsten supported thereon, and an adjuvant component selected from the group consisting of fluorine and phosphor and combination thereof. In another embodiment, the present invention provides a hydrogenation catalyst, containing a carrier and metal components of nickel, molybdenum and tungsten supported thereon, wherein said carrier contains a molecular sieve. The present invention provides further use of said catalyst in the process for hydrogenating hydrocarbon oil. In comparison with a hydrogenation catalyst according to the prior art, the catalyst according to the present invention has a much higher activity.

Hydrogenation catalyst and use thereof

Disclosed is a combined process for hydrotreating and catalytic cracking of residue, wherein the residue, catalytic cracking heavy cycle oil with acidic solid impurity being removed, optional distillate oil and adistillate of catalytic cracking slurry oil from which the acidic solid impurity is removed are fed into residue hydrotreating unit, the hydrogenated residue obtained and optional vacuum gas oil are fed into catalytic cracking unit to obtain various products; the catalytic cracking heavy cycle oil from which the acidic solid impurity is removed is circulated to the residue hydrotreating unit; the catalytic cracking slurry oil is separated by distilling, the distillate of the catalytic cracking slurry oil after removing off the acidic solid impurity is circulated to the residue hydrotreating unit. This process makes the residue hydrotreating and catalytic cracking being combined together more effectively such that it is not only able to improve product quality of the residue hydrotreating, elongate operation cycle of the residue hydrotreating unit, but also increases the yield of the hydrogenated diesel oil and catalytic cracking light oil, and decreases coking quantity of the catalytic cracking.

Combined process for hydrotreating and catalytic cracking of residue

The present invention provides a hydrocracking catalyst comprising a moulded composite support of a zeolite molecular sieve with alumina, at least one of VIII Group metal components, at least one of VIB Group metal components and an organic additive; said organic additive is one or more compounds selected from the group consisting of oxygen-containing or nitrogen-containing organic compounds; the content of said zeolite molecular sieve is 3&#x2dc;60 wt %, the content of said alumina is 10&#x2dc;80 wt %, and the content of said organic additive is 0.1&#x2dc;40 wt % based on the weight of said catalyst; the content of said VIII Group metal component is 1&#x2dc;15 wt % and the content of said VIB Group metal component is 5&#x2dc;40 wt % as calculated on oxide and based on the weight of said catalyst. In comparison with the method in existing arts, the hydrocracking catalyst provided according to the present invention has the aromatic-hydrogenation conversion activity increased obviously.

A catalyst for the selective hydrogenation of olefins especially dienes, its preparation and use, said catalyst comprising an alumina support and cobalt and/or nickel selected from Group VIII, molybdenum and/or tungsten from Group VIB and alkali metal components supported on said support, characterized in that the catalyst contains 0.5-8% by weight of cobalt and/or nickel selected from Group VIII, 2-15% by weight of molybdenum and/or tungsten from Group VIB, over 2-8% by weight of alkali metals, and a balanced amount of alumina support calculated for oxides and based on the catalyst.
