Removal mechanism for holding a PCB includes a suction cup, a floating pin comprising a rod and a frustum-shaped head at an end, a connecting member and a positioning board for supporting the PCB opposite to a positioning surface of the suction cup, the positioning board forming a positioning post corresponding to a pinhole of the suction cup. The positioning surface of the suction cup is for holding the PCB, and defines a pinhole having a frustum-shaped opening at the positioning surface. The connecting member defines a limiting hole for receiving the head of the floating pin. The opening has an angled sliding surface, and the end of the floating pin away from the head is connected to the suction cup, and an axial and radial movement of the floating pin adjusts relative position of the suction cup and the positioning post for aligning the positioning post and the pinhole.

Removal mechanism for printed circuit board

A rotary joint includes a shaft, at least one input member defining an input hole rotatably sleeved on the shaft, and a plurality of sealing members positioned between the shaft. the at least one input member and an output member are fixed on the shaft. The shaft, the at least one input member, and the sealing members defines a circular channel cooperatively communicating with the input hole. The output member defines at least one output hole corresponding to the input member. The shaft defines at least one transmission hole intercommunicating the at least one output hole and the circular channel.

The first transmission mechanism includes a first guide rail, a first slider slidably connected to the first guide rail, and a first driving module driving the first slider. The second transmission mechanism includes a second guide rail perpendicular to the first guide rail, a second slider slidably connected to the second guide rail, and a second driving module driving the second slider. Cartesian coordinate robot

A dispensing apparatus includes a mounting plate and a dispenser fixed to the mounting plate. The dispenser includes a nozzle valve, a valve plug, an actuating shaft, and a nozzle. The nozzle valve defines a cavity containing a material, and defines an inlet opening on a sidewall thereof to communicate with the cavity. The valve plug is disposed in the cavity. The actuating shaft extends through an end of the nozzle valve, and is connected to the valve plug. The nozzle is disposed at the other end of the nozzle valve facing the actuating shaft. The actuating shaft moves the valve plug away from or closer to the nozzle so as to close or open the inlet opening.

Dispensing apparatus

A manipulator includes a support arm, a grasping member, and a connecting assembly. The connecting assembly connects the support arm with the grasping member. A base is fixed to the support arm, and the holder is fixed to the base. The holder defines an assembling hole, and a perimeter of the assembling hole increases along a direction towards the base. The connecting member has a first assembling portion received in the assembling hole of the holder. The elastic member is positioned between the base and the connecting member, thus producing an elastic force to drive the connecting member to resist the holder.
