An apparatus and a method for compensating uniformity of film thickness are provided. A shielding plate is provided between a vapor deposition object and a evaporation source. During the vapor deposition process, a shielding plate is continuously moved according to film deposition rates, so as to selectively pass or block atoms emitted from the evaporation source to achieve purpose of adjustably depositing.

Apparatus and method for compensating uniformity of film thickness

A light emitting diode light source including a reflective cover and a plurality of light emitting diodes is provided. The reflective cover has an inner surface and an opening for irradiating light. The light emitting diodes are disposed on the inner surface of the reflective cover. The light emitted from the light emitting diodes is incident upon the inner surface of the reflective cover and then reflected toward the opening from the inner surface.

The invention provides an apparatus and a method for rubbing the alignment layer in the LCD substrate. The rubbing apparatus of the present invention further includes a conditioning roller, in addition to the rubbing roller, to rejuvenate the rubbing roller in real time so as to lengthen the roller lifetime in the rubbing process and increase the rubbing rate. By employing the conditioning roller along with the rubbing roller, the rubbing process includes an extra conditioning step for conditioning the rubbing roller, thus shortening the production cycle time and increasing the throughput.

Method for rubbing LCD substrate

An optical projection system comprising a light source, a beam splitter module, a plurality of spatial light modulators, an optical combiner module and a projection lens is provided. The light source is used for providing a first white light. The beam splitter module is disposed in the light path of the first white light to separate the first white light into a plurality of second white lights. The spatial light modulators are disposed in the light paths of the second white lights respectively. Each spatial light modulator comprises a color filter to modulate each second white light into a color light carrying with corresponding color image signal. The optical combiner module is disposed in the light paths of the color lights to combine the color lights. The projection lens is disposed in the light path of the combined color lights after the optical combiner module to project the combined color light to be an image.

Optical projection system

The invention provides an apparatus and a method for rubbing the alignment layer in the LCD substrate. The rubbing apparatus of the present invention further includes a second rolling apparatus for conditioning, in addition to the first rolling apparatus for rubbing, to rejuvenate the first rolling apparatus in real time so as to lengthen the lifetime of the rolling apparatus in the rubbing process and increase the rubbing rate. By employing the second rolling apparatus along with the first rolling apparatus, the rubbing process includes an extra conditioning step for conditioning the first rolling apparatus, thus shortening the production cycle time and increasing the throughput.

Apparatus and method for rubbing LCD substrate

The present invention provides a manufacturing method for a microdisplay. After providing a wafer with a plurality of pixel structures on the front side, trenches with a pattern are formed on the backside of the wafer. A transparent plate is disposed above the front side of the wafer and a sealant is applied to join the wafer and the transparent plate. After cutting the wafer and the transparent plate into display cells of suitable sizes, liquid crystal is then introduced in-between the sealant of the display cells.
