A magnetic assembly includes a magnetic core, four primary windings and four secondary windings. The magnetic core includes four lateral legs. The four primary windings and the corresponding secondary windings are magnetically coupled with each other, and the four primary windings and the corresponding secondary windings are wound on the corresponding lateral legs. The winding directions of the four secondary windings on the corresponding lateral legs are identical. A phase difference between a magnetic flux flowing through a specified lateral leg of the four lateral legs and a magnetic flux flowing through an adjacent lateral leg is any value in the range between 150 degrees and 210 degrees. A phase difference between the magnetic flux flowing through the specified lateral leg and the magnetic flux flowing through another adjacent lateral leg is any value in the range between 60 degrees and 120 degrees.

Magnetic assembly and power module with same

A magnetic device includes two common magnetic legs, a plurality of coupled magnetic legs, and two windings. The first winding includes a first input part, a first intermediate part and a first output part. The second winding includes a second input part, a second intermediate part and a second output part. The first input part is disposed between the first common magnetic leg and the first coupled magnetic leg. The second input part is disposed between the second common magnetic leg and the first coupled magnetic leg. The first intermediate part and the second intermediate part are disposed between every two adjacent coupled magnetic legs. The first output part is disposed between the first common magnetic leg and the last coupled magnetic leg. The second output part is disposed between the second common magnetic leg and the last coupled magnetic leg.

Magnetic device and power converter with same

A voltage regulator module is provided. The voltage regulator module includes a circuit board unit, at least one switch circuit, a magnetic core assembly and at least one first conductive member. The circuit board unit includes a top layer, a plurality of inner layers and a bottom layer. The at least one switch circuit is disposed on the top layer. The magnetic core assembly is disposed on at least one of the plurality of inner layers and embedded in the circuit board unit. The magnetic core assembly forms at least one magnetic loop. The at least one first conductive member is electrically connected with the at least one switch circuit for passing through a current of the at least one switch circuit. The current passes through the at least one magnetic loop to form an inductor.

Voltage regulator module

A power converter module includes a multilayer printed circuit board, a switching device, a controlling device and a capacitor device. The switching device includes two switching circuit combinations. Each of the switching circuit combinations includes two switching circuits connected in parallel. Each of the switching circuits includes a switching unit. The controlling device is configured for outputting a first control signal and a second control signal to control the switching circuits of the first switching circuit combination and the switching circuits of the second switching circuit combination respectively. The first control signal and the second control signal are out of phase with each other. On a direction, the switching units of the first switching circuit combinations and the switching units of the second switching circuit combinations are alternately arranged, each of a plurality of capacitors of the capacitor device is neighboring to the two adjacent switching units.

Power module with alternately arranged switching units

A power system includes a power module, an electronic load and a system board. The power module includes a first surface, a second surface, a switch and a plurality of conductive parts, wherein the switch is disposed on the first surface of the power module and the plurality of conductive parts are disposed on the second surface of the power module. The electronic load includes a plurality of conductive parts. The power module and the electronic load are disposed on two opposite sides of the system board, the power module delivers power to the electronic load through the system board, and gaps and networks of the plurality of conductive parts of the power module correspond to those of the plurality of conductive parts of the electronic load.

A magnetic device includes a magnetic core assembly, a primary winding, a first secondary winding and a second secondary winding. The magnetic core assembly includes a first magnetic cover, a second magnetic cover, a first magnetic leg, a second magnetic leg, a third magnetic leg and a fourth magnetic leg. The primary winding is wound around the first magnetic leg and the third magnetic leg. A magnetic device includes a magnetic core assembly, a first secondary winding, a second secondary winding and a primary winding. The magnetic core assembly includes a first magnetic leg, a second magnetic leg and a third magnetic leg. The first to third magnetic legs are arranged in sequence. The second magnetic leg is disposed between the first magnetic leg and the third magnetic leg. The first secondary winding is disposed between the first magnetic leg and the second magnetic leg, and the second secondary winding is disposed between the second magnetic leg and the third magnetic leg. A first terminal of the primary winding is disposed between the first magnetic leg and the second magnetic leg, and a second terminal of the primary winding is disposed between the second magnetic leg and the third magnetic leg.

Power device and magnetic device thereof

A power module includes a power circuit and a magnetic assembly. The power circuit includes at least one switch element. The magnetic assembly includes at least one first electrical conductor and a magnetic core module comprising at least one hole, wherein the at least one first electrical conductor passes through the at least one hole, and a terminal of the at least one first electrical conductor is electrically connected to the at least one switch element. The power circuit and the magnetic assembly are arranged in sequence along a same direction.

Power module

A DC/DC converter includes a high-voltage side, a low-voltage side, a high-voltage side capacitor and a power conversion circuit. The high-voltage side includes a high-voltage positive terminal and a high-voltage negative terminal. The low-voltage side includes a low-voltage positive terminal and a low-voltage negative terminal. DC/DC converter for decreasing power loss caused parasitic resistance and increasing equivalent capacitance of high-voltage side capacitor

A power conversion circuit includes an input positive terminal, an input negative terminal, an output positive terminal, an output negative terminal, a first bridge arm, a second bridge arm, a transformer, a first resonant capacitor, a second resonant capacitor, a third resonant capacitor and a third resonant capacitor. The transformer includes a first winding, a second winding and a third winding. The plurality of switches in the first bridge arm and the plurality of switches in the second bridge arm are selectively turned on or turned off. The ratio of the input voltage to the output voltage can be adjustable by changing the turn numbers of the first winding, the second winding and the third winding.

Power conversion circuit with a transformer

A voltage regulator module is provided. The switch circuit assembly includes two switch circuits and an input capacitor. Respective input terminals of the two switch circuits are connected with each other in parallel. The input capacitor is electrically connected with the respective input terminals of the two switch circuits in parallel and disposed between the two switch circuits. The plurality of conductive members have a first conductive member, a second conductive member and a third conductive member. The first conductive member and the third conductive member are configured to deliver an electric energy. The second conductive member is configured to deliver a signal. One end of each conductive member is electrically connected with corresponding switch circuit, and the other end of the first conductive member and the third conductive member is electrically connected with the load. The switch circuit assembly and the magnetic assembly are stacked with each other.

A power conversion circuit includes a first terminal, a second terminal, a first switching conversion unit, a second switching conversion unit, a flying capacitor and a magnetic element. The first switching conversion unit includes a first switch and a third switch. The second switching conversion unit includes a second switch and a fourth switch. The magnetic element includes two first windings and a second winding. A first one of the two first windings is serially connected between the flying capacitor and the second terminal. A second one of the two first windings is serially connected between the second switch and the second terminal. The second winding is serially connected with the flying capacitor and the first one of the two first windings. A turn ratio between the second winding, the first one of the two first windings and the second one of the two first windings is N:1:1.

The first basic power unit is disposed on the circuit board and includes a magnetic device, a primary switch circuit, a first secondary rectifying circuit and a first positive output terminal pin. The primary switch circuit, the first secondary rectifying circuit, the magnetic device and the first positive output terminal pin are sequentially arranged on the circuit board along a first direction.

Power conversion module

A power module includes a printed circuit board, a magnetic element, a secondary side switching circuit and at least two groups of external terminals. The magnetic element is disposed on the printed circuit board. The magnetic element includes at least one primary winding and plural secondary windings. The secondary side switching circuit includes a plurality of secondary switching units. Each secondary switching unit includes a plurality of switches connected in parallel. The switches of each secondary switching unit are evenly distributed on a first surface and a second surface of the printed circuit board. The switches of the secondary switching unit on the first surface and the second surface of the printed circuit board are at least partially overlapped with each other. The at least two groups of external terminals are disposed on the second surface of the printed circuit board, and electrically connected with the secondary side switching circuit.
