Disclosed is an ASA resin composition, a molded article including the ASA resin composition, and a method of manufacturing the molded article. Also disclosed is an ASA resin composition including 20 to 47% by weight of an acrylate-aromatic vinyl compound-vinyl cyanide compound graft copolymer containing acrylate rubber having an average particle diameter of 50 to 150 nm as a core; 23 to 55% by weight of an alkyl methacrylate-aromatic vinyl compound-vinyl cyanide compound copolymer; and 25 to 45% by weight of a poly(alkyl methacrylate) resin, a molded article including the ASA resin composition, and a method of manufacturing the molded article. Also disclosed is an ASA resin composition having excellent colorability and transparency even at a processing thickness of a predetermined value while having excellent mechanical properties and processability, a molded article including the ASA resin composition, and a method of manufacturing the molded article are provided.

Provided is a thermoplastic resin composition which includes: a first graft copolymer including a first acrylic rubber polymer; a second graft copolymer including a second acrylic rubber polymer; and a first styrene-based copolymer including an alkyl-substituted styrene-based monomer unit and an acrylonitrile-based monomer unit, wherein the first acrylic rubber polymer has an average particle diameter larger than that of the second acrylic rubber polymer, the first graft copolymer is included in a larger amount than the second graft copolymer, and the sum of the first graft copolymer and the second graft copolymer is 22 parts by weight or less with respect to 100 parts by weight of the sum of the first graft copolymer, the second graft copolymer, and the first styrene-based copolymer.

Thermoplastic resin composition

The present invention relates to a thermoplastic resin composition, a method of preparing the same, and a molded article manufactured using the same. More specifically, the thermoplastic resin composition of the present invention includes 100 parts by weight of a base resin consisting of an acrylate-aromatic vinyl compound-vinyl cyanide compound graft copolymer (A-1) containing acrylate rubber having an average particle diameter of 0.05 to 0.15 μm as a core, an acrylate-aromatic vinyl compound-vinyl cyanide compound graft copolymer (A-2) containing acrylate rubber having an average particle diameter of 0.3 to 0.6 μm as a core, an aromatic vinyl polymer (B-1), and a heat-resistant aromatic vinyl polymer (B-2); and 0.5 to 10 parts by weight of a polyolefin elastomer (C). Within this range, the thermoplastic resin composition may have a heat deflection temperature (HDT) of 89° C. or more.

More specifically, the thermoplastic resin composition of the present invention includes 100 parts by weight of a base resin consisting of 10 to 30% by weight of an acrylate-aromatic vinyl compound-vinyl cyanide compound graft copolymer (A-1) including an acrylate rubber having an average particle diameter of 0.05 to 0.15 μm, 20 to 40% by weight of an acrylate-aromatic vinyl compound-vinyl cyanide compound graft copolymer (A-2) including an acrylate rubber having an average particle diameter of 0.3 to 0.5 μm, 0 to 35% by weight of an aromatic vinyl polymer (B), and 10 to 60% by weight of a polymethacrylate (C); and 0.5 to 10 parts by weight of a polyamide (D).

Disclosed are a heat-resistant SAN resin, a method of producing the same and a heat-resistant SAN resin composition comprising the same. More specifically, disclosed are a heat-resistant SAN resin produced using ingredients comprising 52 to 78% by weight of alpha-methylstyrene, 20 to 40% by weight of a vinyl cyanide compound and 2 to 8% by weight of hydroxyalkyl (meth)acrylate, a method of producing the same and a heat-resistant SAN resin composition comprising the same. Advantageously, provided are a heat-resistant SAN resin with maintained heat resistance, improved polymerization conversion rate and increased weight average molecular weight, a method of producing the same, and a heat-resistant SAN resin composition containing the same with excellent chemical resistance, superior mechanical properties and good balance between properties.
