The pneumatic impact tool is characterized by that the working tool /1/ has a flange that protect the tool from falling out and rests on the thrust ring /2/ mounted in the barrel seat as the hammer tool is being pressed down; moreover one of the noise suppressor chambers that is made up of the conic sleeve /34/ so pushed on the body-casing /4/ as that could rotate round axis, is connected with the second chamber that is made up of the space between the body-casing /4/ and the pneumatic motor's body by means of orifices opened at angle acute to the main axis of the tool symmetry and at tangent to the body plane of the pneumatic motor that is connected with the vibro-isolator of constant reaction force, by means of the vibro-isolating spacers /14/ and temporary fastening /16/, and at the same time the indirect sleeve /25/ mounted between the feeder's pipe /24/ and the barrel head and the elastic layer /38/ act as an additional vibro-isolation between the body-casing /4/ and the grip /23/ and moreover the space before the feeder's pipe /24/ is connected in the indirect sleeve /25/ with the first chamber of the air decompressor by mean of the air passages /32/.

Pneumatic impact tool

A compressed air supply system for vibro-isolated tools comprises a telescopic-tubular connection between the tool grip and the tool compressed air engine. A cut-off valve is mounted at the inlet to a supply duct through the grip, the outlet of the duct being connected to a pipe of the supply system mounted in the grip by means of an elastic connection. The pipe of the supply system has holes through the wall thereof with increasing diameters which, during motion of the tool housing relative to the compressed air engine, overlap with holes in an intermediate sleeve into which the air supply pipe slidably extends. The intermediate sleeve conveys the air to the air engine.

Compressed air supply system of vibro-isolated tools

Vibro-isolation of connections of structural units of hand tools consisting of a vibro-isolator with a constant reaction force is characterized by that on the side of the body /3/ of the compressed-air engine there is an upper /9/ and lower /10/ elastic guide being the first stage of vibro-isolation in the directions /x/ and /y/ perpendicular to the axis of symmetry of the tool, whereas in the main direction /z/ parallel to the axis of symmetry of the tool vibro-isolation is ensured by an elastic system consisting of a vibro-isolator /1/ with a constant reaction force connected to the body /3/ of the compressed-air engine through a spring washer /2/, whereas on the side of the grip /4/ vibro-isolator /1/ with a constant reaction force is mounted through a spring washer /6/ and sleeve /7/ being at the same time the second stage of vibro-isolation of the grip /14/. Moreover, the second stage of vibro-isolation for the left operator's hand is the grip itself in the form of a spring sleeve /13/ screwed onto the end-portion of the body-housing /8/, whereas vibro-isolation of the supply system is formed of an intermediate sleeve /17/ and a silent-block connection of the supply unit /15/ with the grip /14/.
