The present invention relates to apparatus and methods of vibration. In particular, the present invention relates to apparatus and methods of vibration for tooling in a structure, such as, for example, a fuselage. In one implementation, the tooling comprises at least two conductors that create a force to vibrate the media in the tooling, which improves the compaction of the media in the tooling and the extraction of the media from the tooling. Other implementations may be used for compaction and/or extraction of the media in the tooling.

Vibration apparatus and methods of vibration

The present invention relates to methods of debonding a tooling for a fuselage. In particular, the present invention relates to methods of debonding a tooling for a fuselage using a debonding agent. In one implementation, isopropyl alcohol is applied to a tooling to break the cohesive bond between the tooling and the fuselage.

Methods of debonding a composite tooling

The present invention relates to apparatus and methods of removing media. In particular, the present invention relates to apparatus and methods of removing media from a tooling for a fuselage. In one implementation, the media removal apparatus uses an auger to dislodge the media, and a vacuum to remove the media. In another implementation the media removal apparatus uses an air pressure line to dislodge the media and a vacuum to remove the media.
