A radio frequency device includes a feeding structure and a phase shifting structure. The feeding structure includes opposite first and second substrates, and a dielectric layer between the first and second substrates. The first substrate includes a coupling branch and a delay branch, which are respectively connected to two output terminals of a power divider, on an inner side of the first substrate. The second substrate includes a receiving electrode on its inner side, the receiving electrode and the coupling branch form a coupling structure, and their orthographic projections on the first substrate at least partially overlap each other. A length of an orthographic projection of both the coupling branch and the receiving electrode on the first substrate is different from a length of the delay branch. The phase shifting structure includes first and second transmission lines directly and electrically connected to the coupling branch and the delay branch, respectively.

There is provided a liquid crystal phase shifter including first and second substrates opposite to each other, and a liquid crystal layer between the first and second substrates. The first substrate includes a first base plate and a first electrode layer at a side of the first base plate proximal to the liquid crystal layer. The second substrate includes a second base plate and a second electrode layer at a side of the second base plate proximal to the liquid crystal layer. The first electrode layer includes a main body structure having a first side and a second side opposite to each other with respect to an extension direction of the main body structure, and a plurality of branch structures connected to at least one of the first side and the second side of the main body structure. The second electrode layer includes a plurality of first fingers.

An antenna and a method for manufacturing the same are provided. The antenna includes a first substrate, a second substrate opposite to the first substrate, a plurality of radiation units on a side of the first substrate distal to the second substrate, and a waveguide power division structure between the first substrate and the second substrate. The waveguide power division structure has a waveguide cavity, includes an input opening and a plurality of output openings, and divides a signal input through the input opening into a plurality of sub-signals. The plurality of sub-signals are output from the plurality of output openings, respectively, and each of the plurality of output openings outputs one of the plurality of sub-signals to at least one of the plurality of radiation units.

A dual-frequency antenna and an electronic device are provided, and belong to the field of communication technology. The dual-frequency antenna includes a first antenna unit and a second antenna unit opposite to each other, and a filtering unit therebetween. An array antenna module is provided, which includes a feed structure, a phase shift structure, and a radiation structure. The feed structure is connected to the phase shift structure, and the phase shift structure is connected to the radiation structure. A liquid crystal phase shifter and an antenna are provided. The liquid crystal phase shifter includes first and second substrates opposite to each other, and a liquid crystal layer therebetween. The first substrate includes a first base plate and a first electrode thereon. The first electrode includes a main body structure on a side of the first base plate distal to the liquid crystal layer and at least one branch structure on a side of the first base plate proximal to the liquid crystal layer. The at least one branch structure is connected to the main body structure, and is spaced apart from each other in a lengthwise direction of the main body structure. The second substrate includes a second base plate and a second electrode thereon, and orthographic projections of the second electrode and the branch structure on the first base plate at least partially overlaps each other.

Liquid crystal phase shifter and antenna

A liquid crystal phase shifter and an antenna are provided. The liquid crystal phase shifter includes: first and second substrates opposite to each other, a liquid crystal layer, a first electrode, and a second electrode that are between the first and second substrates, a first shielding electrode on a side of the first substrate distal to the liquid crystal layer, and a second shielding electrode on a side of the second substrate distal to the liquid crystal layer. The first and second electrodes generate an electric field when being provided with different voltages, respectively, to change a dielectric constant of the liquid crystal layer so as to adjust a phase shifting degree of a microwave signal. The first and second shielding electrodes shield radiation generated by the first and second electrodes when the different voltages are applied to the first and second electrodes, respectively.

The present disclosure provides a MEMS phase shifter and a manufacturing method thereof. The MEMS phase shifter includes a first substrate having a first surface, a coplanar waveguide on the first surface of the first substrate and including a first conductive wire and two second conductive wires on two sides of the first conductive wire and insulated from the first conductive wire, and a plurality of capacitance bridges on a side of the coplanar waveguide away from the first substrate. The plurality of capacitance bridges are arranged at intervals and insulated from the first conductive wire and the second conductive wire, and each of the plurality of capacitance bridges intersects the first conductive wire. The first surface of the first substrate includes a first groove, and the first conductive wire is suspended above the first groove.
