The present invention provides a method and system for statistics of thickness of corrosion product film based on image processing, comprising obtaining overall image by stitching plurality of cross-sectional images of the corrosion product film on surface of pipeline; obtaining feature area of the corrosion product film by segmenting the overall image; performing division of the thickness layers on the feature area of the corrosion product film according to number of pixel points in vertical direction of thickness; counting the number of pixel points of each of the thickness layers; obtaining the thickness of each of the thickness layers according to counted number of pixel points; and, performing statistics of thickness after obtaining the overall image representing larger area of the corrosion product film on the surface of pipeline by stitching the plurality of images.

An experimental device and method for testing foam fluid properties and defoaming separation effects, the experimental device including a foam generation module configured to generate a foam fluid, an experimental loop configured to transport the foam fluid and enable the foam fluid to sufficiently develop in a loop, a foam property test module configured to test foam fluid properties, a foam separation processing module configured to separate foam from fluid and gas, and a defoaming result evaluation module configured to test and evaluate defoaming results. In the method, different foam fluids are generated in the foam generation module and are transported to the foam property test module and different foam separation processing modules through the experimental loop, and the foam properties of the foam fluids and defoaming separation effects are measured by the foam property test module and the defoaming result evaluation module connected to the foam separation processing module.

A method of leak detection for oil and gas pipeline based on excitation response and system thereof includes: applying an active excitation signal (a pressure pulse directly input by human) or a passive excitation signal (a pressure fluctuation caused by opening and closing valves, etc.) to an oil and gas pipeline with existing leakage points, the excitation signal is reflected at the pipeline boundary and the leakage, and the reflected pressure wave continues to propagate to upstream and downstream, and finally is collected by the dynamic pressure transducer, then the existing leakage of the pipeline is detected and positioned by analyzing the transient response signal and the reflected pressure wave of leakage signal.

Method and system of leak detecting for oil and gas pipeline based on excitation response

A single-point dual sensor-based leakage method and system for a gas-liquid stratified flow pipeline includes a single-point dual sensor-based leakage formula for a pipeline to be detected; installing two sensors at the same point of one end of the pipeline, a signal collected by the bottom sensor being an acoustic wave propagated by liquid in the pipeline, and a signal collected by the top sensor being an acoustic wave propagated by gas in the pipeline; processing the two acoustic waves to obtain a time difference; and substituting the acoustic velocity in a gas and the time difference into the single-point dual sensor-based leakage formula. The installation of sensors at two ends of a pipeline, avoids missing detection of leakage acoustic wave signals by a single sensor, reduces the number of installed sensors, and is low in cost, high in safety and strong in applicability to a gas-liquid stratified flow pipeline.
