The present invention provides a linkage swing head structure, including: a base, a drive mechanism and a spindle. The drive mechanism includes: a power mechanism, a connecting rod mechanism and a lead screw. An end of the spindle is fixed with a cutter, and the spindle is fixed on an end of the connecting rod mechanism. An end of the connecting rod mechanism fixed with the spindle is sleeved on a support bearing, the connecting rod mechanism can rotate around the support bearing, the support bearing is fixed on the base, and the other end of the connecting rod mechanism is movably connected to the lead screw. An output end of the power mechanism is connected to an end of the lead screw. The connecting rod mechanism adjusts the rotation angle of the spindle by sliding on the lead screw. The drive mechanism of the present invention is far away from the spindle, and the interference range thereof to the spindle is small. The spindle can be automatically and continuously indexed, and can also perform linkage machining with small cutting amount, and thus, when the cutter rotates by the same angle, the volume of the device is reduced; the structure is simple and the manufacturing cost is low.

Linkage swing head structure

The present invention discloses a belt-transmission angle attachment head, including a housing, a power mechanism, a transmission mechanism and a spindle; the power mechanism and transmission mechanism are arranged in the housing; the power mechanism includes a servo motor and a reducer, the servo motor is connected to the reducer, and an input shaft of the reducer is vertically arranged with respect to an output shaft of the reducer; the transmission mechanism includes a driving wheel, a transmission belt and a driven wheel, and the driving wheel is mounted on the output shaft of the reducer; a side of the spindle is mounted on the housing via a rotating shaft, an end of the rotating shaft away from the spindle is mounted with the driven wheel, the driving wheel and the driven wheel are connected via the transmission belt, and the spindle and the power mechanism are located on the same side of the transmission mechanism. The present invention provides a multi-connecting rod linkage angle attachment head, including: a casing, a drive mechanism, and a spindle. The drive mechanism includes: a power mechanism, a connecting rod mechanism, and a fixing frame. The fixing frame is fixedly connected to an inner wall of the casing, and the power mechanism is fixedly connected to the fixing frame. The connecting rod mechanism includes: a first connecting rod, a second connecting rod and a third connecting rod. An end of the first connecting rod is rotatably connected to the fixing frame, and is fixedly connected to an output end of the power mechanism. The other end of the first connecting rod is rotatably connected to an end of the third connecting rod via a first pin. The other end of the third connecting rod is rotatably connected to an end of the second connecting rod via a second pin. The other end of the second connecting rod is fixed on a side wall of the spindle. The second connecting rod and the spindle are rotatably connected to a support bearing fixed in the casing. The drive mechanism of the present invention is far away from the spindle, and the interference range thereof to the spindle is small; the spindle can be automatically and continuously indexed, and can also perform linkage machining with small cutting amount, and thus, when the spindle swings by the same angle along a support shaft, the volume of the device is reduced; the structure is simple and the manufacturing cost is low.

Multi-connecting rod linkage angle attachment head

The present invention discloses a multi-degree-of-freedom numerical control turntable including: a B-shaft rotating assembly; a C-shaft workbench swing assembly; a C-shaft workbench rotating assembly; and an S-shaft workbench movement assembly. The B-shaft rotating assembly includes a rotating connection land and a B-shaft power control mechanism; the C-shaft workbench rotating assembly includes a movement base, a workbench and a C-shaft power control mechanism; the S-shaft workbench movement assembly includes a swing base and an S-shaft power control mechanism; and the C-shaft workbench swing assembly includes a swing arm and a C-shaft power control mechanism, with the C-shaft line intersecting the B-shaft line. The S-shaft power control mechanism can drive the movement base to move along an S-shaft line on the swing base to cause a region to be machined of a workpiece to approach the intersection point of the C-shaft line and the B-shaft line. The present invention adds the C-shaft and S-shaft, so that when the cutting edge point participates in the motion, the coordinate change of the linear shaft is smaller, the compensation range of the linear shaft is smaller, the machining efficiency is higher, and the surface quality and machining accuracy are less affected by the accuracy of the linear shaft.

Multi-degree-of-freedom numerical control turntable

A multi-axis turntable includes a base, a rocker arm and a first driving device capable of driving the rocker arm to rock around the first rotation axis on the base. A swing arm and a second driving device, which is capable of driving the swing arm to swing around the second rotation axis on the rocker arm, are provided on the rocker arm. A workbench and a third driving device for driving the workbench to rotate around the third rotation axis are provided on the swing arm. The second rotation axis and the third rotation axis are parallel to each other or on different planes. Compared with the existing double rotating shaft turntable, the multi-axis turntable of the present invention has a cutting tool system of good and stable rigidity.

The invention discloses a double-station gantry combined machining system allowing automatic overturning of workpieces, which comprises a first mobile gantry machining unit, a second mobile gantry machining unit, an overturning platform, a first workpiece fixing table, a second workpiece fixing table and a guide rail, wherein the overturning platform is positioned between the first gantry machining unit and the second gantry machining unit. According to the invention, the system is highly integrated, continuous machining of a gantry machine tool is completed, the working efficiency is improved, and the machining cost of the system is reduced.

Double-station gantry combined processing system for automatically overturning and processing workpieces

The invention provides a nested numerical control rotary table, which comprises a large numerical control rotary table, a small rotary table, a large rotary table board and a small rotary table board nested in the large rotary table board, wherein the small rotary table board may be driven by the large numerical control rotary table as a part of the large rotary table board to run together with the large rotary table board, or be driven by the small rotary table to run independently. When the small rotary table board runs independently, the small rotary table is driven to ascend by a lifting oil cylinder, and a pull pin under the small rotary table board and a positioning pin on the small rotary table fixedly connect the small rotary table board with the small rotary table, which are locked by a clamp. The nested numerical control rotary table may complete the tasks of numerical control rotary tables with both large and small dimensions, which saves the production cost and improves the working efficiency. Moreover, switch between the large rotary table and the small rotary table is convenient, so time is saved.
