The present invention relates to an insulating element () for producing an insulating and supporting device for busbars to install in cabinets for low voltage distribution switchboards. The invention also relates to an insulating and supporting device for busbars comprising the insulating element which essentially comprises a body made of insulating material () which extends along a longitudinal axis () between two end surfaces () transverse to this axis. The body made of insulating material () comprises a plurality of lateral surfaces () which extend between the end surfaces () in the direction of said longitudinal axis (). At least a first () and a second () of these lateral surfaces are provided with longitudinal grooves () defined between connecting portions (). In particular, the longitudinal grooves () defined on the first lateral surface () have a longitudinal extension (L) differing from that (L) of the grooves () defined on the second lateral surface ().

Insulating element for busbars and insulating and supporting device for busbars compromising this element

Described herein is a supporting device for busbars in a cabinet for an electrical switchboard comprising: at least one first module with a shaped body designed to be connected to a supporting element of the cabinet; the first module is made substantially of insulating material and has a first wall, designed to be set resting on the supporting element, and a second wall, along which there is defined at least one first coupling seat; and at least one second module with a shaped body made substantially of insulating material, which has a third wall, along which there is defined at least one second coupling seat, and a fourth wall, along which there is defined at least one third coupling seat. The second module is operatively coupleable to the first module alternatively with said third or said fourth wall facing said second wall so that said first seat mates geometrically with said second or said third seat, so forming a seat for housing a busbar.

Connection device for cabinets of electrical panels

A frame element for the fame of a cabinet for an electrical panel is provided. The frame element includes first and second corner joints and first and second connection elements. The first and second corner joints are each formed as a monolithic body and have first and second arms protruding from a longitudinal elongated element of the monolithic body. The first and second corner joints further include third and fourth arms for connection to additional components of the frame. The third and fourth arms are arranged parallel to each other and lie substantially at right angles to the elongated clement and the first and second arms. The first connection element has an elongated body with opposite ends that are suitable for connection to first arms of the first and second corner joints. The second connection element has an elongated body with opposite ends that are suitable for connection to second arms of the first and second corner joints. Coupling means are provided on the first and second corner joints to facilitate the connection of the first and second corner joints to the first and second connection elements and to the additional components of the frame.
