A label holder includes at least one panel having a rib. The at least one panel is constructed to have a resilient rearward curvature that flexes to flatten against a shelf. The label holder further includes a retainer structure extending rearwardly from the at least one panel. The retainer structure includes a clip configured to resiliently clamp the label holder to the shelf. When mounted to the shelf, the rib engages the shelf and causes flexure of the resilient rearward curvature of the front panel, forms a lid for a cavity that houses a label, and biases the clip against a back surface of the angled front panel to provide secure attachment of the label holder to the shelf.

Display hanger

Provided is a sign holder for mounting to and displaying from a shelf any of various planar signs. The sign holder includes a clamp having two pivotally-connected panels that can be placed into a clamping position to hold the planar sign. To hold the panels in the clamping position, the first panel includes a holding prong that can be received in a corresponding aperture of the second panel. To prevent the planar sign from slipping between the panels, the second panel includes a piercing prong that can pierce the planar sign and be received in a corresponding aperture of the first panel. So that the planar material does not interfere with the engagement between the holding prong and its corresponding aperture, the piercing prong can be spaced-apart from the pivotally-connected edges of the panels a greater distance than the holding prong is. Various mounting structures can be included.

The invention provides an improved lock bar system for enclosing at least one peg hook. The lock bar system can be in a merchandising display with the lock bar system including a peg hook support frame mounted to the merchandising display supporting a plurality of peg hooks in lateral spaced relation. The peg hooks include forward extending rods for supporting retail product, the peg hook support frame supporting a movable product retainer extending across forward ends of the plurality of peg hooks, the product retainer subject to a lock having a locked condition preventing removal of product from the peg hooks and an unlocked condition permitting removal of product from the peg hooks.

Merchandise lock bar system and method

A label holder includes a front panel, a back panel connected to the front panel with a common bottom edge, the front panel and the back panel forming a cavity. The back panel is constructed to have a resilient rearward curvature that flexes to flatten against the shelf. The label holder further includes a retainer structure extending rearwardly from the back panel. The retainer structure includes a spring clip configured to resiliently clamp the label holder to the shelf. When mounted to the shelf, the shelf in combination with the retainer structure causes the flexure of the resilient rearward curvature to provide secure attachment of the label holder to the shelf.

A retail display assembly generally comprises a display member, a display support, and first and second mounting brackets. The display support is attached to the display member and includes a first horizontal member and first and second vertical members attached to opposing ends of the first horizontal member. The first mounting bracket is attached to a first end of the display support and is structured for attachment to the vertical support. The second mounting bracket is attached to a second end of the display support and is structured for attachment to the vertical support. The second mounting bracket is horizontally adjustable along the display support to vary the distance between the first and second mounting brackets.

A mounting bracket generally comprises a plate and a pair of laterally spaced prongs connected to the plate. Each prong has a first portion extending rearwardly and a second portion extending downwardly. The second portion of each prong has a vertical height less than or equal to a diameter of the mounting apertures, whereby the bracket may be attached to the vertical support without rotating the bracket, thereby saving retail space. An interior chamber is defined by the rear surface of the plate and the inner surfaces of the prongs. The interior chamber has a horizontal width less than or equal to the thickness of the vertical support such that the rear and inner surfaces firmly engage the vertical support and attach the mounting bracket thereto. Preferably, the bracket further includes a second pair of laterally spaced prongs structured similarly to the first pair of prongs but vertically spaced therefrom.

An adjustable divider assembly generally includes a front divider and a rear divider. The front divider comprises a front frame, a plurality of front posts, and a front clip. The rear divider comprises a rear frame, a plurality of rear posts, and a rear clip. The front and rear dividers are selectively adjustable relative to each other and are connected to each other by way of the front and rear clips. The front clip has a vertically oriented slot that is sized and positioned to receive one of the plurality of rear posts, while the rear clip also has a vertically oriented slot that is sized and positioned to receive one of the plurality of front posts.
