A heated cabinet including door assembly having a door positioned between opposing jambs of a door frame, wherein the door is pivotable, about a pivot axis, between an open position and a closed position. The door assembly includes a motor assembly operably connected to the door to pivot the door about the pivot axis and a control board operatively coupled to the motor assembly. The door assembly further has a first break beam emitter mounted to one of the opposing jambs and a first break beam receiver mounted to another of the opposing jambs and operatively connected to the control board. The first break beam emitter and first break beam receiver are disposed along a beam axis extending parallel to the pivot axis and proximate to an edge of the door adjacent to the pivot axis. The door assembly is configured such that interruption of a beam projected between the first break beam emitter and the first break beam receiver alters operation of the motor assembly.

Motorized door assembly with safety features for heated cabinet

Motorized door assemblies having a door pivoting about a pivot axis extending across opposing jambs. In one aspect, the assembly includes a motor assembly having a motor, drive gears, slip clutch, and driven shaft connected to the door to pivot it about the pivot axis. The slip clutch includes a clutch plate slideable along the driven shaft, a drive plate driven by the motor via the drive gears, and a clutch spring urging the clutch plate into engagement with the drive plate, where the clutch and drive plates have profiled and counter-profiled faces. In another aspect, a break beam emitter and receiver are mounted to respective ones of the opposing jambs along a beam axis extending parallel to the pivot axis and proximate to an edge of the door opposite the pivot axis. Interruption of a light beam projected therebetween alters operation of a motor assembly.

Display rack for bins

A storage assembly including a frame at least partially defining a plurality of storage compartments that are accessible from a front of the storage assembly. The assembly further includes a plurality of doors, each door being associated with at least one storage compartment and movable between a closed position in which the door generally prevents access to the associated storage compartment and an open position in which the door allows access to the associated storage compartment. The assembly further includes a plurality of accessory components. Each accessory component is operatively associated with at least one of the doors, and each accessory component is operatively coupled to a controller via control wiring. The storage assembly includes a front-facing channel in which the control wiring is at least partially positioned.

Front-mounted door assembly for storage and dispensing units

A reconfigurable bin system for dispensing units, the system having a platform bin and a base member with load cells configured to support the platform bin. The platform bin itself comprises a platform plate, an optional front gate, a rear wall, and a plurality of side walls extending from the front of the platform plate to the rear wall so as to form an open-top bin. The platform plate includes a front flange disposed below the upper surface to define a trough extending across the front of the platform plate. Each of the plurality of side walls includes a rear tab received within a slot in the rear wall and a depending front tab received within the trough. A cap member may be removably secured over the trough to capture the depending front tabs within the trough, thereby securing the plurality of side walls in place.

Load cell bin system

A storage system including a panel having a surface, and a storage component or partition configured to be releasably attached to the panel and supported on the surface to at least partially define a cavity. The system also includes a sensor configured to sense at least one of a removal, placement, presence or absence of an item in the cavity. The system further includes a wire configured to be operatively coupled to the sensor. The panel is configured to receive the wire such that the wire extends along a same side of the panel as the storage component or partition and is recessed relative to the surface.

Modular storage system

The subject invention improves traditional safety equipment intended to protect the lower leg, ankle, foot, and toes applicable in industrial and commercial as well as casual and athletic uses. The personal protective equipment (PPE) of the subject invention comprises a soleplate, a metatarsal component, a toe cap, and a tibia-fibula component; these components can be implemented alone or in combination within a shoe or boot providing for various levels of protection depending on the desired application. Further embodiments provide for both the implementation of the protective components within the footwear as well as components that can be worn in conjunction with pre-existing shoes or boots.

Flexibly rigid personal protective equipment components

A splash and spill resistant insulating lid for beverage containers comprising an insulated splash and spill barrier integrated into a cup lid combination. This is achieved by creating a barrier and/or labyrinth flow path, which buffers and deflects sloshing liquid. Accidental/incidental release of liquid is minimized and/or prevented while allowing the normal flow of liquid for drinking. These features of the SSRIL further create an insulating barrier to keep a cup's fluid hotter or cooler for a longer period of time, enhanced by using an appropriate insulating material combined with finite number of transfer holes that are of a specific shape and/or specific location and/or specific orientation to promote the formation of a surface tension film of fluid across the transfer holes, creating additional barriers against the escape and exchange of both fluid and vapor outside the cup.

Splash and spill resistant insulating lid

A windshield wiper blade assembly is disclosed which comprises a resilient wiper blade having an axial passage through which a flexible support beam is positioned to provide structure. A universal connector element for connecting the blade assembly to a plurality of different wiper arms crimps onto the blade and support beam assembly approximately midway along the wiper blade in a manner which does not puncture nor interfere with the resilient windshield wiper material, while at the same time preventing the relative axial translation of the support beam within the windshield wiper blade as well as translation between the blade and the connector itself.
