A fluid dispenser includes a container having a body portion and an upwardly extending cylindrical wall. The body portion is suitable for containing a fluid. A pump dispenser is connected to the container at the upwardly extending cylindrical wall and includes an actuator head with a spout, a stem connected to the actuator head, and a handle connected to the stem. The handle has at least one first depression member and at least one other depression member. The handle is depressed to withdraw at least a portion of the fluid from the container and dispense at least a portion of the fluid at the spout.

A container for housing fluid material to be dispensed in incremental amounts. A conduit integrally formed with the container and in fluid-flow communication therewith serves to deliver material from the container upon generation of gaseous pressure within the body of the container above the physical level of the material stored therein. The container also includes a restricted filling port fitted with a closure cap. Interposed between the port and the body of the container, in coaxial disposition therewith, is a bellows assembly. The latter surmounts the container in fluid communication therewith, whereby application of manual or digital pressure downwardly upon the capped container effects physical compression of the bellows to force a volume-controlled and repetitively-rerproducible, incremental quantity of stored material from an open, exposed end of the fluid-delivery conduit for use. Withdrawal of compression forces applied to the bellows, and resultant responsive physical re-expansion of the bellows, effects, automatically, a vacuum-derived positive and forceful clearing of residual material from a lineal end sector of the product delivery conduit. Any dripping of material from the open end of the conduit is also obviated.

There is provided, in conjunction with a container fitted with a toggle-acting dispensing closure cap, a cap-surmounting secondary control cap to render the container 'child-resistant'. The control cap is sleeved over and is coaxial with and rotatable about the closure cap. Bridging a generally-cylindrical skirt-like wall of the control cap is a partial, sector-like top wall which covers only a portion of the closure cap including the toggle-like actuator used to open and to close a dispensing port of the container. The partial top wall, which is provided with a restricted through opening, prevents one from impressing effective opening forces on a 'press-to-open' section of the actuator. Opening forces can be applied to the actuator only by a probe acting through the restricted opening in the top wall sector of the control cap, and then only when that wall sector overlies the press-to-open section of the actuator.
