A holder for ammunition and, in particular, to a flexible holder that conforms to curved surfaces especially useful for holding shotgun shells. The holder is a flexible band of separate ammunition shell or cartridge holders which enables the wearer to quickly and easily access the ammunition. The band may be attached to the wearer's arm, belt, or other conveniently accessed location. The band is molded in one piece in a sheet-like configuration and folded to form three-dimensional receptacles and belt loops.

An intragastric obesity treatment implant promotes a feeling of satiety in the patient by contacting the insides of the stomach wall, reducing the space in the stomach, or otherwise reducing the amount of food consumed. A system for attaching an access port to bodily tissue includes an access port assembly and including an access port having a generally central axis. The present invention provides a system for attaching a fluid access port to a patient. The system generally comprises an implantable access port and a tool for attaching an access port to a patient. The implantable access port may include a plurality of anchor assemblies composed of two different materials. In addition, a mesh member may be attached to the base of the access port to facilitate implantation of the access port into a patient's body. The tool may have a rotatable actuator head, and may engage the access port in various orientations.

The invention includes: a generally annular collar, a deformable centering ring seatable inside the annular collar, and an anchor post adapted to be passed through the annular collar and ring. A loop or bight of cable passed around a shoulder of the anchor post is retained under compression in a defined annular void defined between a shoulder of the post and a cylindrical bore in the annular collar.
