Delivery of a modularly reconfigurable vehicle may include receiving a request for the modularly reconfigurable vehicle, including a desired configuration associated with the modularly reconfigurable vehicle and a location associated with the request. Delivery of a modularly reconfigurable vehicle may include identifying the modularly reconfigurable vehicle from a plurality of candidate modularly reconfigurable vehicles and a target reconfiguration station from a plurality of candidate reconfiguration stations, providing an instruction to the modularly reconfigurable vehicle to travel to the target reconfiguration station, upon the modularly reconfigurable vehicle reaching the target reconfiguration station, providing an instruction to reconfigure the modularly reconfigurable vehicle according to the desired configuration as a modularly reconfigured vehicle, and upon the modularly reconfigured vehicle being reconfigured according to the desired configuration, providing an instruction to the modularly reconfigured vehicle to travel to the location associated with the request.

Mobility as a service (MaaS) with modular interiors

An alert system within a vehicle including a sensor and at least one speaker that generates at least one air thrust when a sensor detects a hazardous condition. The frequency and strength of the at least one air thrust varies based on the awareness level of the driver. In one embodiment, at least one air thrust is directed towards the driver from the direction of the hazardous condition. The hazardous condition may include, but is not limited to the driver falling asleep or a vehicle running a red light.

A vehicle includes a vehicular frame, a utility bed, and a passenger restraint assembly. The utility bed is coupled with the vehicular frame and includes a bed floor, a side wall, and a rear scat. The passenger restraint assembly includes a securing member, a belt and a retractor. The securing member is coupled with the utility bed adjacent to the rear seat. The belt includes a first end; a second end, and a securing portion. The securing portion is configured for selective engagement with the securing member. The retractor is coupled with the side wall. The retractor includes a carrier that is coupled with the first end of the belt and is configured to facilitate selective dispensation of the belt.
