A venting system for ordnance or rocket motors comprising a casing having at least one hole and a plug, the plug being formed from a plug slug swaged into the at least one hole. A method to fill a vent hole in a casing comprising transforming a plug slug positioned within the vent hole into a plug.

An implantable drug pump and an access template for locating the implanted pump refill septum, also known as a refill port, or cathether access port are disclosed. The access template comprises a denial surface, an access port, and template labeling. The denial surface has a periphery with a location diameter and an alignment feature. The denial surface is configured to prevent penetration through a dermal layer into the implantable drug pump. The access port carried on the denial surface is configured to permit penetration through the dermal layer. The template labeling uses a label color that is substantially the same color as needle labeling color for a needle sheath covering a needle that is intended to access an implantable drug pump. The access template can be configured into a wide variety of apparatus and method embodiments.

A fenestrated surgical drape has a panel having at least two portions and a centrally located fenestration. The two portions each have a deployment tab located on a portion distal end and the portions are folded near or on the fenestration so that the deployment tab is accessible and adapted to deploy the portion away from the fenestration. The portions are folded over the fenestration so that the inner surface surrounding the fenestration is unobstructed for ease in locating the fenestration over a patient application site.

A device and method for aseptically filling high pressure reservoirs in medicament pumps is disclosed. The device preferably includes a filter, a connector having a one-way valve and a filling tube with a terminal needle. The filter is connectable to a pharmacy prepared syringe containing a drug to be transferred to the reservoir of the IDIP. The filter is connected to the connector. The connector has a first and a second inlet port fluidly connected to an outlet port. A one-way valve is located in the connector &ldquo;upstream&rdquo; of the point where the two inlet ports connect to the outlet port. The filling tube is connectable to the outlet port. In use, a pharmacy syringe is connected to the first inlet port. A filling syringe is connected to the second inlet port. The filling tube is connected to the outlet port. The terminal needle of the filling tube is passed through the patient's skin and into the IDIP. The practioner draws the drug into the filling syringe from the pharmacy syringe through the connector. When the filling syringe is full, the practioner pushes the filling syringe plunger in thereby forcing the drug out of the outlet port, through the filling tube and terminal needle into the reservoir of the IDIP. The one-way valve prevents the drug from re-entering the pharmacy syringe.
