A portable blister card including a front side and a back side opposite the front side. The front side includes a face having a width, a right side edge, a left side edge, a top edge, and an outer periphery. In addition, the front side includes a first blister and a second blister extending outwardly at the face and a primary manufacturer indicia area comprising a manufacturer indicator visible on the front side. The first blister contains a first unit dose and the second blister contains a second unit dose, wherein the first and second unit doses are different. The back side includes regulatory information that remains on the back side when each unit dose is removed from each blister through the back side of the card.

Blister cards promoting intuitive dosing

A daily blister card housing a unit dose includes a back side and a front side opposite the back side. The front side includes a manufacturer indicator visible on the front side. A face has an outer periphery and a total planar area bounded by the outer periphery. One or more blisters extend outwardly at the face that contains at least three unit doses that are visible from outside the one or more blisters. Each of the one or more blisters includes a shoulder contacting a cavity backing surface and a projected cavity area bounded by the shoulder that is projected onto the cavity backing surface. A total projected cavity area of the one or more blisters is no more than about 45 percent of the total planar area bounded by the outer periphery.

The present disclosure is directed, in part, to a disposable garment having a front region, a back region, and a crotch region extending between the front region and the back region. The disposable garment comprises a chassis in the front region, the back region, and the crotch region. The chassis comprises a liquid pervious topsheet, a liquid impervious backsheet, and an absorbent core disposed between the topsheet and the backsheet. The disposable garment comprises a pair of ear panels extending laterally outward from the chassis in the front region or the back region, a seam panel extending laterally outward from at least one of the ear panels, and a tab formed with the seam panel and extending laterally outward from the seam panel.

A blister card with a back side and a front side opposite the back side. The front side has a plurality of blisters and each blister contains a unit dose and each unit dose contains an active. Each blister card contains from about 12 hours to about 24 hours of unit doses according to the dosage instructions. The actives can be the same or different.

A pair of extensible front ear panels extends laterally outward from the chassis in the front region, and a pair of extensible back ear panels extends laterally outward from the chassis in the back region. Each of the panels is joined along its outermost edge line to its corresponding opposite front or back ear panel to form two overlapping seams, two leg openings and a waist opening. At least one of the overlapping seams has a substantially bonded portion and an unbonded portion such that the ratio in the length of the unbonded portion to the substantially bonded portion is between about 4:96 and about 20:80.

A disposable garment having a side elastomeric material and a waist elastomeric material is disclosed. The disposable garment has a front region, a back region, a crotch region between the front region and the back region. The disposable garment comprises a chassis, a waist elastomeric material, a side elastomeric material, and seams. The chassis has a topsheet, a backsheet joined with the topsheet, and an absorbent core interposed between the topsheet and the backsheet. The chassis has a central panel having a waist edge and side edges, an ear panel having a waist edge, and a waistband panel in the front region and the back region. The ear panel extends laterally outwardly from each side edge of the central panel. The waistband panel extends longitudinally outwardly from the waist edge of the central panel and the waist edge of the ear panel. The waist elastomeric material is joined to and extending continuously along the waistband panels in the front region and the back region so as to form a continuous extensible waistband in the front region and the back region. The side elastomeric material is joined to the ear panel so as to form extensible ears. The side elastomeric material and the waist elastomeric material are separate elements and are disposed so as not to overlap to each other. The seams join each ear panel to a corresponding portion in the ear panel so as to form two leg openings and a waist opening such that the extensible waistbands form a continuous extensible waist feature.

A disposable garment having enhanced extensibility around the leg openings is disclosed. The disposable garment has a front region, a back region and a crotch region between the front region and the back region. The disposable garment comprises a chassis and seams. The chassis comprises a topsheet, a backsheet joined with the topsheet, and an absorbent core interposed between the topsheet and the backsheet. The chassis has a central panel having side edges and a waist edge, and an ear panel extending laterally outwardly from each side edge of the central panel in the front region and the back region. The ear panel is rendered extensible to form an extensible ear. The extensible ear has a higher end edge, a lower end edge, an inner side edge, and an outer side edge. The outer side edge is non-parallel to the inner side edge, and is non-parallel to a longitudinal center line of the garment, and projects laterally outwardly proximate the lower end edge. A lateral width of the extensible ear between the inner side edge and the outer side edge is greater proximate the lower end edge than proximate the higher end edge. The seams join each ear panel along the outer side edge to a corresponding portion in the opposite region of the disposable garment so as to form one waist opening and two leg openings. The same is non-parallel to the longitudinal canter line.

A disposable pull-on garment having at least one pair of extensible car panels extending laterally outward from the chassis in the front or back region. Each ear panel has an outermost edge line and at least one outermost edge line has a non-uniform lateral distance from the longitudinal center line when the garment is in an unseamed flat condition. Seams join the ear panels to the chassis along the outermost edge lines to form two leg openings and a waist opening. In another embodiment, the garment has a pair of extensible ear panels in each of the front and back regions and at least one outermost edge line has a non-uniform lateral distance from the longitudinal center line when the garment is in an unseamed flat condition. Seams join the corresponding front and back ear panels along their outermost edge lines to form two leg openings and a waist opening.

Disclosed is an absorbent article having a liquid pervious topsheet, a liquid impervious backsheet joined to the topsheet, and an absorbent core positioned therebetween, in which the absorbent core is enveloped by a primary core integrity layer comprising a continuous mesh of strands of thermoplastic material which is joined to the topsheet and/or the backsheet. The primary core integrity layer is particularly useful for improving the wet integrity of absorbent cores comprising an upper acquisition/distribution layer and a lower storage layer.
