The system, in one aspect, includes a first bulk storage container for holding a first bulk dry flowable material having a first dispensing assembly coupled with a first outlet, and a second bulk storage container for holding a second bulk dry flowable material having a second dispensing assembly coupled with the second outlet. The system, in one aspect, may further include a mixed storage vessel, as well as a controller in communication with the first dispensing assembly and the second dispensing assembly, the controller programmed to cause the first dispensing assembly to discharge the first amount of the first dry flowable material to the mixed storage vessel and cause the second dispensing assembly to discharge the second amount of the second dry flowable material to the mixed storage vessel over a comparable time period based upon weight based readings the controller receives from first and second load cells.

A computer implemented method of predicting a future maintenance event of a pumping equipment on a wellbore pumping unit comprising loading a pump usage log and a pump maintenance log into a predictive maintenance model. The predictive maintenance model is trained by a machine learning process with a historical database of completed pumping jobs. The predictive maintenance model determines a probability of a future maintenance event in response to the current pump usage. The unit controller displays an alert of the remaining pump life in comparison to a threshold value for a recommended pump maintenance period or a required pump maintenance period.

Predictive pump maintenance based upon utilization and operating conditions

A high pressure fluid pump system of a fluid injection system includes a large volume displacement system, having a large volume pump, and low volume displacement system, having a low volume pump, a programmable logic control (PLC) computer coupled with each displacement system. The large volume displacement system is configured to incrementally or continuously increase a pressure of a fluid in a downhole to a predetermined pressure setting below a maximum pressure setting, and the low volume displacement system is configured to increase the pressure of the fluid from the predetermined pressure setting to a pressure setting above the predetermined pressure setting and at or below the maximum pressure setting. The functioning of the high pressure fluid pump system can be monitored, controlled and tested by the PLC computer. One or more graphical user interfaces can be coupled to the PLC computer for user input.

Method and apparatus for improving mixing of cement slurry

A mixing apparatus includes a mixing tube, a liquid inlet, a dry substance inlet and a recirculation mixture inlet. The mixing apparatus is utilized with a tub. A liquid and a dry substance may be mixed in the mixing tube and the mixture may be recirculated so that a liquid, a dry substance and a recirculated mixture may all be mixed in a mixing tube and subsequently utilized in a wellbore. The mixing apparatus includes a valve connected to the liquid inlet. The valve comprises a cylindrical outer housing, a jetting sleeve and a rotatable plug therein. The jetting sleeve is disposed in the outer housing and has a plurality of ports which will direct liquid downwardly and inwardly so that it mixes with the dry substance as the dry substance passes downwardly in the mixing tube. The plug may be rotated in the jetting sleeve to completely cover all the jetting ports to prevent flow into the mixing tube and is rotatable to an open position in which liquid may be allowed to flow through the jetting ports. The valve is positioned at the exit of the liquid inlet.
