A device, system, and method to provide front-facing camera images identified using a scene image assembled from rear-facing camera images is provided. A device retrieves dual-sensor camera images having respective metadata indicating image acquisitions substantially matching a time and a place associated with an incident, the dual-sensor camera images including a front and rear-facing camera image acquired via a same respective dual-sensor camera. The device assembles the rear-facing camera images into a scene image and renders the scene image at a display screen. The device receives an indication of a region-of-interest within the scene image and responsively: identifies a set of rear-facing camera images acquired within a predetermined threshold distance of the region-of-interest as determined using the respective metadata; and renders, at the display screen, front-facing camera images, from the dual-sensor camera images, associated with the set of rear-facing camera images acquired within the predetermined threshold distance of the region-of-interest.

A system is configured to generate an alarm when an anomaly occurs at a network infrastructure element. The system includes a transceiver configured to receive data associated with a performance indicator on a predefined basis. The system also includes a processor configured to use the received data to determine a normalized trend for the performance indicator for at least one of a given network infrastructure element and a given time period. The processor is further configured to apply a degree of deviation to the determined normalized trend for at least one of the given network infrastructure element and the given time period to generate an adaptive threshold for the performance indicator. An alarm generator generates an alarm to indicate an anomaly at the given network infrastructure element when newly received data associated with the performance indicator is beyond the adaptive threshold associated with the performance indicator.

Apparatus and method for determining context-aware and adaptive thresholds in a communications system

In a two-way radio frequency (RF) communications system having a plurality of subscriber units (SUs) and a supporting infrastructure including a wireless core network, a service request is received indicating one of a device, application, and transport link that will be removed from service. One or more SUs out of the plurality of SUs are identified that will be impacted by the removal from service. A determination is then made of whether any one of the SUs is currently involved in an incident response. For each SU determined to be currently involved in an incident response, it is determined whether the respective incident response is of a non-interruptible incident response type. Responsive to determining that a SU is currently involved in a non-interruptible incident response, a notification is caused to appear at a network management console or a dispatch console, and the service request is at least temporarily suspended.

An apparatus and method for information storage and retrieval of communication network performance data includes a first stepof obtaining performance data from network entities.
