Multi-terminal capacitor devices and methods of making multi-terminal capacitor devices are described herein. The multi-terminal capacitor devices may include a plurality of individual capacitors arranged in a single device layer, such as high surface area capacitors. A individual capacitor may include an aluminum foil-based electrode, an aluminum oxide dielectric layer conformal with the aluminum foil-based electrode, and a conductive material electrode, such as a conducting polymer or a conductive ceramic, in conformal contact with the dielectric layer.

The invention relates also to a container manufacturing system (), comprising—a cylindrical ram () comprising a ram body () and a ram nose on a distal end of the ram body (), the ram nose engageable with abase of a container preform;—a die () comprising an opening concentrically aligned with the cylindrical ram (), the opening sized and shaped for receiving the container preform in response to the ram nose engaging with the base of the container preform and the cylindrical ram () driving the container preform through the die opening; and—an ultrasonic device () coupled with the die (), wherein the ultrasonic device causes the die () to vibrate while the cylindrical ram () drives the container preform through the die opening. The application further relates to a method for forming an aluminium container with such system and a die () for forming an aluminium container.

A stacked staggered electrode capacitor in semiconductor devices and methods for fabrication. There are capacitor elements each with a cathode vertically disposed relative to an anode, an anode conductive plating on the anode and a cathode conductive plating on the anode. The anode conductive plating is in a laterally offset relationship to the cathode conductive plating. The plurality of capacitor elements are stacked onto another. One or more build-up layers are interposed between the capacitor elements. One or more anode connecting electrode segments are on a first side of the plurality of capacitor elements, and a cathode connecting electrode on an opposed second side of the plurality of capacitor elements is connected to the cathode conductive plating of each of the plurality of capacitor elements.
