An inkjet marking module includes an inkjet marking device adapted to jet droplets of an inkjet marking material to form an image on recording substrate; and an evaporation device arranged for evaporating a solvent to a gaseous medium. The evaporation device includes an aerosol generator for creating an aerosol of the solvent in the gaseous medium; and a droplet eliminator for removing droplets from the aerosol, the droplet eliminator being arranged downstream of the aerosol generator. A printing system includes such an inkjet marking module and a method is disclosed for controlling the relative degree of saturation of a solvent vapor in a gaseous medium in an inkjet marking module.

A creasing device for creasing a folded booklet on its fold line utilizing two creasing rollers which together form a creasing nip for rolling over the fold line of the booklet, the creasing nip pressing the booklet flat during a reciprocating movement of the creasing nip. During the creasing cycle, the booklet is enclosed on its fold line between two guide strips which extend between the creasing rollers and extend over the line of movement of the creasing nip.

Method and apparatus for creasing a product folded along a fold line

A folding device for double-folding a sheet or a plurality of sheets for folding into a booklet. The folding device comprises a collecting tray provided with adjustable stops between which the sheets to be folded are collected. In a sheet feed path to the collecting tray there is disposed a measuring wheel which is set into rotation by a sheet as they are displaced, said wheel measuring the length of the supplied sheet. On the basis of said measurement, the stops are adjusted so that the center between the stops corresponds to the place where folding rollers fold the sheet.

Folding apparatus for the double-folding of a sheet

A device for positioning an original in sheet form on the exposure platen of a copying machine, comprising abutment strips which extend parallel to each other at opposite sides of the platen and which are displaceable to and from each other for adjusting them to the width of an original fed between the strips on to the exposure platen. In front of each strip and displaceable therewith is at least one pair of rollers disposed with their axis parallel to the strips. A first roller of each pair being closer to the exposure platen and the associated strip than the other roller of that pair. A flexible belt for pressing an original on to the platen is trained between the platen and the said first rollers of each pair and about said first rollers and in opposite direction over said other rollers and then over the strips towards the frame of the device. For positioning an original fed on to the platen flat against the platen, the first rollers are moveable in a direction perpendicular to the platen in order to press the flexible belt against the original to close to the abutment strips, irrespective of the width of the original.
