A viscoelastic plastic interlayer intended to be incorporated between two glass sheets to form a laminated glazing with vibro-acoustic damping properties, the interlayer comprising at least one layer made of viscoelastic plastic with vibro-acoustic damping properties, the interlayer being such that the resonant frequency fof the second resonance mode of a laminated glazing bar with a surface area of 25 mm&#xd7;300 mm composed of two glass sheets each 2.1 mm thick, between which is incorporated the interlayer, determined by measuring the mechanical impedance (MIM) at 20&#xb0; C. according to standard ISO 16940, is between 760 Hz and 1000 Hz and the loss factor &#x3b7;of the second resonance mode of the same bar, determined by MIM under the same conditions, is greater than or equal to 0.25.

A laminated glazing used as a head-up display screen includes two sheets of glass and a viscoelastic plastic interlayer arranged between the sheets of glass. The interlayer includes at least one layer made of viscoelastic plastic with vibro-acoustic damping properties. The interlayer has a cross section that decreases in a wedge shape from the top to the bottom of the glazing. Laminated glazing for use as a head-up display screen

The invention relates to a curved glass pane, made of float glass, the area of a main face of which is greater than 1.5 mand the product of its two depths of bending is greater than 3000 mm, and such that its point located on the normal to its surface passing through its center of gravity has a radius of curvature of less than 3 m in any direction, the variation in its thickness in the longitudinal float direction being less than 10 &#x3bc;m over 500 mm. This pane may be assembled into laminated glazing of the automobile windshield type. Such a windshield has a very small amount of double imaging even when it is fitted into the vehicle so as to be close to the horizontal.

A method for analyzing quality of a glazing unit including: generating a digital image of a test chart produced in reflection by an outer surface of the glazing, the test chart presenting a pattern composed of a plurality of contrasted elements defining between them interface lines; calculating quantities representative of the glazing from the image generated, the calculation being carried out by a processing unit; and comparing the calculated values for the representative values relative to reference values. The representative quantities are representative of a deformation of the image of the test chart produced in reflection by the outer surface of the glazing.
