A soft tissue augmentation kit comprises a flexible implant and an insertion tool for the implant. The implant is formed of a biocompatible material that is permeable to red blood cells and includes a cavity. The cavity opens to the exterior and permits fibrous tissue ingrowth. The insertion tool carries the implant via the cavity for insertion into selected soft tissue. When the insertion tool is removed the implant is left in the selected tissue.

Soft tissue augmentation apparatus

A system of antennas for conserving space and concealing the separate identity of the individual antennas. The antennas may be a radio antenna and a telecommunications antenna. The antennas may have a common base to eliminate separate wires and holes in the vehicle on which they are mounted. The antennas may be housed within the same casing to protect them from the elements and from other harm.

Consolidated system of antennas

Nasal bones are fixed in place after surgery or injury by the placement of a casting material over the outer surface of the nose, precut to conform to the dimensions of the nose. The casting material is a resin-impregnated fibrous sheet, the resin being curable to a hardened form upon exposure to atmospheric moisture. The resin-impregnated fibrous sheet is similar in chemical composition to casting tapes used for long-bone fractures where the tapes are wrapped around a limb that has been encased in a padding material.
