An electronic device with a display detects a plurality of manual activations of a first mode on the electronic device. The first mode, while active, prevents output of notifications when communications of a first type are received. After detecting the plurality of manual activations of the first mode, the device automatically determines, based on the plurality of manual activations of the first mode, a set of conditions that correspond to manual activations of the first mode and outputs a suggestion for activation of the first mode at the electronic device. After outputting the suggestion, the device receives a response that accepts the suggestion for activation of the first mode. In response to receiving the response that accepts the suggestion, the device changes settings at the device that are associated with the first mode.

Devices and methods for adjusting the provision of notifications

In some embodiments, an electronic device presents an option that is selectable to share content with a second electronic device towards which the first electronic device is oriented. In some embodiments, an electronic device presents an indication to change the orientation of the electronic device when the orientation of the electronic device is outside of a range of orientations in which circuitry that identifies another electronic device with which to share content is able to function with desired reliability. In some embodiments, an electronic device presents a sharing user interface within an action user interface of an application. In some embodiments, an electronic device presents one or more options for changing one or more settings associated with an item of content before sharing the content.

The present disclosure generally relates to user interfaces for charging electronic devices. At a first device with a display, detect that at least one of the first device or a second device has entered a wireless charging state. In response to detecting that at least one of the first device or the second device has entered a wireless charging state, and in accordance with a determination that the first device and the second device are being wirelessly charged by the same wireless charging device, display, on the display, an indication of charge status for the second device.

Multi-device charging user interface

A computer system displays a coalesced representation of a plurality of notifications in a notification-display user interface, wherein the coalesced representation, when selected, causes the computer system to concurrently display individual representations of at least two of the plurality of notifications in the notification-display user interface. A computer system has a plurality of notifications in a notification history, including a first notification of a first event of a first event type and a second notification of a second event of the first event type. The first notification and the second notification are coalesced in the notification history. In response to detecting an additional event of the first event type, a third notification is created for the additional event. After creating the third notification, in response to a request to display a wake screen, the wake screen is displayed with the third notification. The third notification is displayed without information about the first notification and the second notification. After the third notification has been displayed, in response to a request to display the notification history, the notification history is displayed with a coalesced representation of the first notification and the second notification.

A computer system displays a plurality of notifications for a plurality of different applications including notifications for a first application and notifications for a second application. User interaction with the plurality of notifications includes requests to perform requested operations with respect to the notifications. In response to the user interaction, the requested operations are performed. A prompt for the user to adjust notification settings for one or more of the plurality of applications is displayed. In accordance with a determination, based on the user interaction, that engagement of the user with the notifications of the first application is below a threshold level of engagement and engagement of the user with the notifications of the second application is above the threshold level of engagement, a suggestion to reduce a prominence of future notifications of the first application without reducing a prominence of future notifications of the second application is displayed.

While an electronic device with a display is in a reduced notification mode, the device receives one or more communications. After receiving the one or more communications, the device detects an alert condition for the reduced notification mode. In response to detecting the alert condition for the reduced notification mode, the device displays a first user interface that includes a first affordance which, when activated, causes deactivation of the reduced notification mode of the electronic device. In response to detecting a first input that activates the first affordance, the device deactivates the reduced notification mode, and displays a second user interface. The second user interface does not display content from any one of the one or more communications. While the second user interface is displayed, in response to detecting a second input, the device displays notifications that include content for at least some of the one or more communications.
