A plug connector to be connected, by plugging, to a mating plug connector, includes a contact carrier manufactured from an electrically insulating material, an electrical grounding contact arranged at the contact carrier for electrical contact with the mating plug connector, and an electrically conductive housing part connected to the contact carrier. An electrically conductive contacting element is manufactured by means of a casting technique. The electrically conductive contacting element has a first contacting portion which bears against the housing part in an electrically contacting manner, and a second contacting portion which bears against the grounding contact in an electrically contacting manner, and electrically connects the housing part to the grounding contact.

The present disclosure relates to a shielded electric connector for connecting or distributing shielded electric lines or plug connectors with one another, and to methods for producing the shielded electric connector. Connector elements belong to a line or to a plug connector. Shielding sleeves or shielding housings of the lines and/or of the plug connectors are surrounded by a shielding housing, which consists of a cast metal body that has been cast in situ onto annular regions of the shielding sleeves or shielding housings in order to produce a local anchoring means with low electric contact resistance.

A circular plug-in connector for establishing a shielded plug-in connection to a mating plug-in connector includes: a contact carrier having at least one electrical contact element; a shielding sleeve that surrounds the contact carrier at least in part; and a screw housing that is rotatably connected to the shielding sleeve and adapted to screw the circular plug-in connector to the mating plug-in connector. A connection portion of the shielding sleeve is received in a receiving space of the screw housing The circular plug-in connector provides shielded contact between the screw housing and the shielding sleeve. A cable connection component for electrical connection of a shielded multi-core cable, having a union nut with an internal thread, a splicing part made of insulating material and having a plurality of notches for separating the wires of the cable, and a shielding element for contacting the shielding of the cable. The splicing part has a cable holder part and a wire guiding part. The cable holder part has a plurality of latching arms facing the wire guiding part, and the wire guiding part has an inwardly projecting latching catch corresponding to the latching arms facing the cable holder part. The shielding element has an annular central section, a plurality of inner spring arms extending from the central section toward the side facing the wire guiding part, and a plurality of outer spring arms extending from the central section toward the side remote form the wire guiding part.

A cable connection component for electrically connecting a multi-core cable has a union nut with an internal thread, and a splicing part made of insulating material having a plurality of incisions for separating the cores of the cable. Upon screwing the union nut onto a connection body, the core insulation of the core ends inserted into the splice part are severed by insulation displacement terminations that are arranged in the connection body and are immerge into the incisions in the splice part, and the conductors of the cores are contacted. The splice part has a cable receiving part and a core guiding part, the core guiding part having at least two core receptacles, and each core receptacle having at least two retaining elements and at least two clamp elements forming a clamping gap. The retaining elements and the clamp elements do not overlap in the core insertion direction.

A method for producing a plug-in connector includes stripping a cable on a free end in a first and second region of a sheath of the cable, where a shield is disposed below the sheath on the cable. The method includes disposing a first electrically conductive spring element in the first region, and removing the sheath and the shield from the second region, thereby forming an end portion of the free end of the cable on which exposed wires of the cable are disposed. The method includes disposing contact elements on the exposed wires, and disposing a shield sleeve around the first electrically conductive spring element. The method includes fastening the shield sleeve on the sheath before and after the first electrically conductive spring element, and providing an insulating housing such that the insulating housing at least partially surrounds the shield sleeve and the free end of the cable.

A cable connection component for electrically conductively connecting a cable, having a union nut with an internal thread and a core receiving and guiding part with a plurality of incisions. At least one core and core insulation inserted into the core receiving and guiding part are severed by terminals arranged in the connection body and enter the incisions in the core receiving and guiding part and contact is made with the core conductors when a first thread of the union nut is screwed onto a connection body. A connected cable can be released with less effort by the union nut having a second internal thread with a thread pitch that is less than the thread pitch of the first internal thread. The core receiving and guiding part has a radially running collar which is matched to the profile of the threading of the second internal thread and interacts with it.

A sealing element for sealing a cable inserted into a connecting housing, having a passage opening for the cable to pass through, is disk-shaped having at least one first disk having substantially u-shaped circumference, and a second disk having a substantially u-shaped circumference and resting on the first disk. The first disk has two opposite side flanks which extend parallel to each other, and the second disk has a first pair of flanks having two opposite side flanks, which are formed conically with respect to each other. On the top side of the first disk has a sealing lip which is connected to the side flanks respectively via a chamfered connecting region.

The present invention relates to a leadframe having a plurality of connections for electrical conductors, a plurality of contacts and at least two outer current bars, and to a connecting socket having a leadframe as well as to a system for transmission of electrical power, in particular from a plurality of solar modules (photovoltaic modules), having a connecting socket such as this. In order to devise a leadframe which occupies as little space as possible, at least one connection (-) is provided for an electrical conductor between the outer current bars (). This allows the leadframe to have a compact physical shape. The invention is based on the discovery that leadframes are used in the prior art to bridge the distances between predetermined contact separations, offering the possibility of producing, in one stamped part, strip conductors which have different geometries. Furthermore, a connecting socket having such a leadframe is described, and a system for transmission of electrical power using such a connecting socket.

An electrical multiple distributor includes a housing having a modular design and including an inner housing. At least one clamping device is disposed on the housing and is configured to contact a shielded line of at least one cable outlet so as to connect the at least one cable outlet. At least one receiving contour is disposed at a connection position and is configured to accommodate a connecting sleeve so as to connect at least one connector. An electromagnetic shielding device is disposed on the housing, and a protective device is disposed on the housing and is configured to protect against at least one of moisture and dust. At least two electrical connections are disposed in the housing, and at least one distribution system is disposed in the housing and is configured to selectively interconnect the at least two electrical connections, the at least one distribution system being positionable by the inner housing.
