A pressured horizontal directional drilling continuous coring device includes a drilling tool assembly, a spear head, a recovery pipe and a core clamping mechanism. An interior of the drilling tool assembly is provided with a drilling tool delivery and in-place reporting mechanism, a bullet positioning mechanism, a core blockage alarm mechanism, a guiding mechanism, a buffer mechanism, and an adjusting mechanism from top to bottom. The recovery pipe is provided with a first and second recovery pipe nozzles. The drilling tool delivery and in-place reporting mechanism includes a top cap, a first spring and a spring cap mounted on one end of the first spring, so that when the first spring is in a compressed state, the spring cap is located at a lower end of the top cap, and a mud path is formed between the spring cap and the top cap.

Pressured horizontal directional drilling continuous coring device for engineering geological investigation

A sealed pressured horizontal directional drilling continuous coring device for engineering geological investigation includes an outer tube assembly and an inner tube assembly matching the outer tube assembly. The outer tube assembly includes a single-wall drill pipe and a dual-wall drill pipe assembly. The inner wall of the dual-wall drill pipe assembly is sequentially provided with a bullet stop head, a bullet room, a suspended seat ring, a positioning inner lock, a positioning outer lock, a first centralizing ring, a lock ring seat and a drill from top to bottom. The inner tube assembly includes a spear head, a first sealing component, a bullet positioning mechanism, a recovery pipe, a second sealing component, an in-place reporting mechanism, a core blockage alarm mechanism, a single-action mechanism, a guiding mechanism, a buffer mechanism, an adjustment mechanism, a core tube and a core clamping mechanism.

Sealed pressured horizontal directional drilling continuous coring device for engineering geological investigation

A hydraulic propulsion horizontal directional coring device includes a casing pipe, a coring tube assembly and a conversion adapter. Both the casing pipe and the coring tube assembly coaxially set within the casing pipe are tubular. The conversion adapter, having a cylindrical structure fitted with the casing pipe, is coaxially set at a back side of the coring tube assembly and is slidably connected with an inner wall of the casing pipe. Under an action of an external force, the conversion adapter pushes the coring tube assembly to move along an axial direction of the casing pipe till a front end of the coring tube assembly extends out of or retracts into the casing pipe. The conversion adapter and the coring tube assembly have a first channel and a second channel axially provided therein, respectively. The first channel is connected with the second channel.

Hydraulic propulsion horizontal directional coring device

A casing-protective horizontal directional drilling coaxial coring device for geological investigation includes a casing pipe, a coring tube and a conversion adapter. Both the casing pipe and the coring tube are tubular, and the coring tube is coaxially set within the casing pipe. The conversion adapter, having a cylindrical structure fitted with the casing pipe, is coaxially set at a back end portion of the casing pipe and is slidably connected with an inner wall of the casing pipe. A screw motor is located between the conversion adapter and the coring tube, two ends of the screw motor are fixedly connected with the conversion adapter and the coring tube, respectively. Under an action of an external force, the screw motor drives the coring tube to move along an axial direction of the casing pipe till the coring tube extends out of or retracts into the casing pipe.
