A distributed low energy dynamic thermal management system for solid matter prevention and control in oil and gas transportation pipeline includes a pipeline data monitoring terminal, a current and an electric pulse control terminal, a land console, an electric heating terminal, a wiring flange, an oil and gas transportation pipeline, a valve structure. The system monitors the state of the pipeline in real time by the pipeline data monitoring terminal, and transmits the monitoring data to the current and electric pulse control terminal in real time, the current and electric pulse control terminal produces different thermal responses to the electric heating terminal according to the state in the tube, raises the temperature inside the tube by generating a continuous current, unblocks pipeline by generating high power electric pulse, so as to realize real-time monitoring and local temperature dynamic control of oil and gas transportation pipeline.

Distributed low energy dynamic thermal management system for solid matter prevention and control in oil and gas transportation pipeline

A cold storage system and method are provided. The cold storage system includes a chiller, a hydrate-based cold storage tank, a gas disturbance generator, a concentration detector, a heat exchanger, a direct-current power supply and circuit controller, and a system monitor. Chiller provides a secondary refrigerant at a low temperature. The secondary refrigerant flows through a coil in the hydrate-based cold storage tank for a heat exchange. The gas disturbance generator induces hydrate nucleation. The concentration detector monitors a concentration of a hydrate solution in real time. The heat exchanger is equipped with a finned tube heat exchanger with a fan, to improve the cold supply efficiency of the cold storage system. The system monitor monitors a state change of the system in real time through a set of temperature-pressure sensor modules. Several cold energy supply modes can be realized in the present disclosure by adjusting opening/dosing of valves.

Internal circulation type clathrate hydrate-based cold storage system and method

The present invention discloses an electric heating thermal management system for an oil and gas transportation pipeline based on renewable energy and COenergy storage. It transmits the feedback data value through a data collection device arranged in the pipeline to the early warning device by the control device. After analysis and processing, the early warning device can feed back the data value to the control device and the remote operation device in two modes. Different degrees of heating amount can be generated for the oil and gas transportation pipelines at different positions in different modes. Hierarchical and distributed management control for the oil and gas transportation pipelines can be targetedly conducted in unblocked, easily blocked and blocked positions of the oil and gas transportation pipeline. The present invention couples the renewable energy electricity supply device and the COenergy storage device.

Electric heating thermal management system for oil and gas transportation pipeline based on renewable energy and CO2 energy storage

The present invention discloses a gas hydrate-based particulate/waste gas simultaneous removal system and method. R134a can be used to synthesize particulates/coking waste gases into gas hydrate, which can realize the simultaneous removal of particulates/coking waste gases with no pollution and low energy consumption. The system comprises a waste heat recovery device, a gas hydrate primary dust removal tower, a solid-liquid separation primary tower, a gas hydrate secondary dust removal tower, a solid-liquid separation secondary tower, a gas hydrate decomposition pool, a gas-solid separation tower and a low temperature fractionation device. The present invention can achieve the removal of harmful substances such as heavy metals and coking waste gases while removing particulates. Compared with the current particulate control and waste gas treatment device, the gas hydrate method-based device is greatly simplified and can effectively remove multiple pollutants and realize energy saving and environmental protection.
