A dock charger includes a main body and a connector. The main body includes a rear surface and a bottom surface cooperatively defining a recess for receiving one end of an electronic device therein. The rear surface defines a first through opening. The connector is slidably received in the first through opening and able to slide out of the first through opening to connect with the electronic device.

The support structure includes a main body sleeved on a side portion of the electronic device and a supporting member rotatably connected to the main body. The supporting member can rotate relative to the main body to form an included angle for supporting the electronic device.

A docking station includes a main body, a supporting arm projecting from the main body, and a rotating member rotatably coupled to the supporting arm and retaining the electronic device. The rotating member is capable of rotating from a first position to a second position different from the first position, when the rotating member rotates to the first position, the electronic device is supported in a first orientation, and when the rotating member rotates to the second position, the electronic device is supported in a second orientation.

A holder is provided for holding an electronic device on a supporting surface. The holder includes a main body, an attaching member, and a connection arm. The main body includes a support member for supporting the electronic device and a restricting mechanism movably connected to the support member for stably keeping the electronic device in the support member. The attaching member is used for attaching the main body to the supporting surface. Two opposite ends of the connection arm are respectively rotatably coupled to the attaching member and the main body to allow the viewing angle of the electronic device being adjusted.

A base capable of containing a data cable includes a housing, and a winding mechanism. The data cable has a first connector plug, a second connector plug and a transmitting wire connecting between them. The housing defines an opening. The winding mechanism is received in the housing and has a winding member and a driving member. The winding member is rotatably mounted inside the housing, the driving member is fixed on the driving member. The first connector plug is passed through the housing via the opening, the driving member generates an elastic force if the transmitting wire is pulled out to connect to another device. The driving member automatically rewinds the transmitting wire when the external connection is not required.

Base and electronic apparatus using the same

An exemplary support assembly is provided for supporting an electronic device on a supporting surface. The support assembly includes a shell receiving the electronic device, and a back-support. The shell defines an elongated sliding rail. The back-support includes a prop stand, and a prop seat slidable in the sliding rail. One side of the prop stand is rotatably engaged in the prop seat and serves as a spindle. The other sides of the prop stand are thus movable between a folded position substantially coplanar with the prop seat and a supporting position angled relative to the prop seat. When the other sides of the prop stand are in the supporting position, a tilt angle of the electronic device on the supporting surface is adjustable by sliding the prop seat in the sliding rail.

Support apparatus and electronic device employing support apparatus

A docking station includes a housing, and an extending mechanism slidably received in the housing. The extending mechanism includes a connecting part. The extending mechanism moves from a first position exposed out of the housing to a second position received in the housing. When the extending mechanism moves to the first position, the connecting part is exposed out of the housing. When the extending mechanism moves to the second position, the connecting part is received in the housing.

An exemplary wire-winding device can automatically wind a wire that is connected to a plug such as the plug of an earphone set. The wire-winding device includes a rotary wire-winding unit and a locking unit. A plug inlet channel and a moving cavity are defined in the rotary wire-winding unit. The locking unit includes a moving member accommodated in the moving cavity, for controlling locking and releasing of the rotary wire-winding unit. When the plug is inserted into the moving cavity, the plug applies a thrust force to the moving member, and the moving member moves in the moving cavity under the thrust force and thereby releases the rotary wire-winding unit to allow the rotary wire-winding unit to rotate and automatically wind the wire.

A docking station for supporting an electronic device in two positions includes a main body, and first and second supporting members projecting from the main body. The main body cooperates with the first supporting member to support the electronic device in the first position with the main body being stable on a first plane; and the first member cooperates with the second member to support the electronic device in the second position with the main body being stable on a second plane different from the first plane.

A docking station used for receiving an electronic device. The docking station includes a housing, a retractable docking port, and a rotating shaft. The housing defines a receiving groove. The docking port can be positioned by manipulation of the rotating shaft to be exposed in the receiving groove or retracted and hidden inside the housing.

A docking station for an electronic device includes a main body, and a connector mechanism. The main body defines a receiving space at a sidewall thereof. The connector mechanism is rotatably mounted to the main body and is capable of being received in the receiving space when in a closed position relative to the main body. The connector mechanism includes an interface for supporting the electronic device. When the connector mechanism is received in the receiving space, the interface is hidden in receiving space.

A docking station for a portable electronic device includes a housing, an interface, and a disengagement mechanism. The housing defines a receiving portion for accommodating the electronic device. The interface is disposed in the receiving portion so as to be engageable with the electronic device. The disengagement mechanism is disposed in the housing and configured for applying spring pressure to disengage the electronic device from the interface.

A support is provided for supporting an electronic device on a supporting surface. The support includes a shell configured to receive the electronic device, a frame rotatably connected to the shell, and two adjusting arms. Top ends of the two adjusting arms and two opposite sides of the shell are configured such that the top ends of the two adjusting arms are slidable along longitudinal directions of the two opposite sides of the shell when a user applies force to the support, and further configured for holding the top ends of the two adjusting arms in stationary positions relative to the two opposite sides of the shell when the user does not apply force to the support. Opposite ends of the two adjusting arms are rotatably connected to the frame.

Support and electronic device employing same

A docking station includes a housing, and a connecting mechanism rotatably received in the housing. The connecting mechanism includes an interface. The connecting mechanism rotates from a first position exposed out of the housing to a second position hidden in the housing. When the connecting mechanism rotates to the first position, the interface is exposed out of the housing. When the connecting mechanism rotates to the second position, the interface is hidden in the housing.

Docking station and electronic device

A protective casing includes a main body and a bracket. The main body defines two sliding grooves. The bracket for supporting the main body includes two support legs, one end of the two support legs pivots on the other, and the other ends of each support leg is capable of being slid in the two sliding grooves respectively so that an angle is formed between the two support legs.
