Stable, single-phase pesticidal emulsifiable concentrates are provided which comprise (a) a pesticide mixture comprising a major amount of a water-insoluble pesticide and a minor amount of a water-soluble pesticidal salt; (b) a solvent system comprising (i) a major amount of an organic solvent comprising at least one non aqueous polar solvent; and (ii) a minor amount of water; and, optionally, (c) an emulsifying surfactant system enabling an oil in water emulsion to be formed when the concentrate formulation is diluted upon addition to water.

Pesticidal composition

The invention includes aqueous compatibilized pesticidal formulations and methods of making them. In typical embodiments, formulations comprise a first electrolytic pesticide and a second electrolytic pesticide, and about 30 to about 300 g/L of at least one alkyl polyglycoside. The invention also includes methods of preparing pesticidal formulations to increase the concentration of the electrolytic pesticides. The invention also includes storage and transport systems containing formulation embodiments. The invention also includes methods inhibiting pests.

Compatibilized electrolyte formulations

Stabilized liquid agrochemical compositions are provided which comprise flowable non-aqueous dispersion concentrates comprising a continuous substantially water-miscible liquid phase, a dispersed water-immiscible liquid phase, and a colloidal solid. In one embodiment, the dispersed phase comprises at least one water-sensitive agrochemically active ingredient and the colloidal solid is disposed at the interface between the dispersed phase and the continuous phase. In another embodiment, the water-sensitive agrochemically active ingredient is a solid but is dissolved in an oily liquid present in the dispersed phase, or is a solid and is dispersed within the dispersed phase, or is a solid complex of an agrochemical with a molecular complexing agent and is dispersed within the dispersed phase. The compositions of the invention can be used directly or with dilution to combat pests or as plant growth regulators.
