A system includes a gantry having an end-of-arm tool (EOAT). The gantry can include a first linear actuator that is configured to axially move the EOAT along a first axis and second linear actuator that is configured to axially move the EOAT along a second axis that is perpendicular to the first axis. The system can further include at least one input conveyor. Each input conveyor can have a plurality of pucks that are each configured to receive a prescription container and carry the prescription container to the gantry. The system can further include at least one output conveyor that is configured to receive the prescription container from the gantry. The gantry can be configured to move the prescription containers from the plurality of pucks to the output conveyor(s).

Systems and methods for automated prescription preparation

A system includes a conveyor and a computing device in communication with the conveyor. The conveyor has a plurality of carriers that are moved about and between at least one automated prescription picking system and at least one automated prescription packing system. Each carrier of the plurality of carriers is configured to receive at least one prescription from the at least one automated prescription picking system and deliver the at least one prescription to the at least one automated prescription packing system. The computing device includes at least one processor and a memory in communication with the at least one processor. The memory includes instructions that, when executed by the at least one processor, cause the at least one processor to: associate an identifier with each prescription of the at least one prescription; and track contents of each carrier of the plurality of carriers.

Methods and systems for device maintenance are described herein. Objects, such as pills, tablets, capsules, etc., may build an electrostatic charge as they pass through a dispensing device. This electrostatic charge may cause the objects to adhere to components of the dispensing device, such as inside a tube, chamber, etc. To prevent this from happening, the dispensing device may comprise an ionizing component, such as a fan, that may be configured to perform a maintenance procedure. The maintenance procedure may allow the objects to pass through various components of the dispensing device more freely.

Methods and systems for device maintenance

Embodiments of the inventive technology may relate to a robotic pill dispensing system, whether puck-based or puck-free, configured to avoid delay during the filling of orders and achieve high, perhaps even maximal, order fill rates and associated processing efficiency. Additional embodiments of the inventive technology may relate to, inter alia, a bottle placement site that is different from a bottle pick-up site, a device configured to apply lodged pill clearance forces to counted pill reserve containers; counted pill reserve containers that are large enough to contain pills required by substantially all orders to be handled by a robotic dispensary; a method of dynamically repositioning medication-dedicated pill counters to increase processing speed and a system configured to facilitate the same; a robotic dispensary configured to allow manual operation when a robot is off-line; and a robotic dispensary configured to cover open, filled vials during transport thereof to prevent pill spillage.

Robotic dispensary system and methods

A universal fit accessory platform mount uses a pair of coextensive base legs with extensions slidably disposed within either end of the base legs. The extensions have tube clamps on a distal end thereof, the clamps attached to the t-top of a boat. Each extension is slid within the base legs so that its tube clamps align with a leg of the boat's t-top and each extension is attached to the t-top via the tube clamps. Once the extensions are attached and the accessory platform that is attached to the base legs is centered, the base legs are locked to the extensions to prevent sliding movement of the extensions with respect to the base legs.
