A self-rinsing urinal and very low water-usage mist-dispensing means mountable in close proximity to a normally-interior portion of at least one positionable panel configured slidably or pivotally positionable from an opening of customary cabinetry of a room or a wall. The urinal is positionable from the customary cabinetry or wall opening, between a zero-footprint concealed state and a revealed-for-use state, such that an interior receptacle surface of the urinal is aligned with said very low water-usage mist-dispensing means during at least a revealed-for-use state, to receive from the mist-dispensing means a distributed misted spray aligned with the receptacle, to repel waste-liquid from and facilitate a self-rinsing of the receptacle while employing as little as single-digit ounce(s) of water, per use-cycle. Certain of the embodiments include the option to provide actuating means for positioning and/or aligning one or more urinal-related components in response to receiving a control signal.

Positionable zero-footprint self-cleaning urinal and very low water-usage mist-dispensing means

Misting urinal

A wall mountable urinal having an ultra-low use of flush water, minimum material and a self-cleaning action. The urinal comprises an upright bowl that uses a flushing action provided by a misting water jet that is centered above the bowl and that provides a fine mist of water. The water mist washes the entire bowl up to its upper edge and the water droplets that accumulate upon the bowl are guided into a drain. An electrical detector that detects the user's presence is provided that is capable of initiating the flushing water mist during use and for a predetermined time thereafter.

Water conserving urinal

An articulating platform () that is used to vary the longitudinal and lateral angular displacement of an exercise bicycle () mounted thereon. The platform includes a bicycle mounting base () configured to accept the footprint of a conventionally dimensioned exercise bicycle. The base () pivots in both a longitudinal axis and a lateral axis, thereby simulating uphill and downhill bicycle riding and turning when leaning sideways in a turning direction. The base () is preferably articulated by a D.C. motor drive system or optionally by a gear motor, pneumatic, hydraulic and worm drive systems each having controls for initiating directional articulation. A platform enclosure () supports the base and the drive system to provide a safety barrier for protecting moving components of the platform.

Articulating exercise bicycle platform

An emergency floatation jacket providing emergency floatation capability in accidental deep-water immersion to keep the wearer's face above the water surface having front and back collar air reservoirs located adjacent to the upper edge of a backing support structure and front and back air reservoirs located at the lower edge of the backing support structure where reservoirs form air-pockets with the airtight front covering material when they are inflated with air. Total air volume of the upper floats equals the total capacity of the lower reservoirs and the air may be distributed by connecting air tubes to all floats and reservoirs when out of water thus providing minimum volume to any reservoir or float. In water, when worn by a heads-up person, all air is hydraulically forced into the three upper floats where sufficient upper floatation exists to keep their head above the water level.

A method and structure for generating and publishing random number fields for both low speed and high-speed encryption. The numbers which, are derived from natural non-algorithmic sources, allow the usage of high-speed encryption devices including voice activated devices. Combining the high-speed natural non-algorithmic number fields within a computer allows the formation of a computerized encryption and decryption device which operates in combination with a non-algorithmic low-speed and high-speed natural number-generator. The computer may periodically select non-algorithmic natural random numbers from the natural random n umber-generator and may utilize a prepared software program to insert the numbers into an algorithmic expansion program. The program converts less rapidly derived non-algorithmic natural random numbers to a high-speed series of natural numbers for Internet presentation and use.

Apparatus for facilitating the mixing, absorption and/or retention of carbon dioxide 'CO2' in hydrocarbon fuel to economically produce a safety-enhanced and/or improved-combustion fuel. The apparatus includes at least one mixing receptacle having at least one coupling with a controllable inert gas supply; at least one coupling with a controllable hydrocarbon fuel supply; and at least one coupling with a CO2-enriched fuel fuel-line. The mixing receptacle(s) is configured to retain a volume of fuel and a volume of CO2 such that CO2-enriched fuel having a controllable gas-fuel ratio is the product of the mixing receptacle(s) and the gas of the ratio(s) exceeds 0.1 volume of CO2 per volume of fuel and is less than approximately 3 volumes per volume of fuel when conveyed from the receptacle(s). The apparatus controls the exposure of hydrocarbon fuel molecules to an optimal volume of CO2 within the receptacle(s). One embodiment of the invention includes the adaptation of the apparatus to existing fuel-burning devices, i.e. for retrofitting the apparatus thereto. The apparatus mixes and/or stores CO2 in the fuel to achieve one or more of the following benefits: fuel receptacle safety-enhancement; improved engine combustion; reduction in undesirable emissions such as soot particulate; reduction in fuel droplet size; and/or, reduced fuel viscosity.

Economical apparatus for producing improved combustion and safety-enhanced fuel

A safety-enhancing management system for storing, transporting, or transferring hydrocarbon fuel whereby inert gas conveyance provides hydrocarbon fuel receptacles with a combustion suppressing volume of inert gas which displaces potentially combustible fuel vapor/air mixtures which can otherwise collect in the ullages of such receptacles. In one embodiment the inert gas is readily stored, transported, and conveyed in an inert gas-enriched fuel that degasses inert gas from the fuel within one or more receiving receptacles ullage(s). In a second embodiment, a separate controllable supply of inert gas, such as carbon dioxide, is storable in one or more gas receptacle(s), in a gaseous or liquefied state. The inert gas from one or more fuel receptacle(s) is conveyed via a controllable gas conveyance and wherein such conveyance may also be aided by such gas control as a computer controllable valve, and/or pump, or by the employment of a heat device to facilitate the change of state expansion of the inert gas that is stored in a liquid state. Excess inert gas liberated from within the gas-enriched fuel can optionally be captured and may be pumped back into various fuel receptacle(s), or can be re-stored in the gas receptacles in any state in these fuel systems and as also may be placed aboard aircraft.

Fuel safety management system for storing, transporting, or transferring hydrocarbon fuel

A wireless-operated anti-graffiti spray can system (10) which allows a pressurized spray can (162) to be electronically operated from a remote location. The system (10) is disclosed in two designs: in the first design, a spray can activating device (38) consisting of a solenoid/valve assembly (42), which operates in combination with an electromagnetic coil (40), is used to control the spray can (162). In the second design, the activating device (38) consists of an electro-mechanical solenoid (138), which operates an articulated spray control leaf (142) that is used to the control the spray can (162). In both designs, a transmitting unit (12) is utilized that can only be enabled when connected to a utility a-c power source (160). The transmitting unit (12) produces an RF signal that is received by a receiving unit (28) located remotely and adjacent to the spray can activating device (38). The receiving unit produces a power signal which, in the first design, causes the activating device (38) to produce a magnetic field, thus causing the solenoid/valve assembly (42) to be energized; in the second design the power signal is applied directly to the solenoid (138) which causes the solenoid (138) to be energized. In both designs the spray can can only be used after, either the solenoid/valve assembly (42), or the solenoid (138) has been energized.
