A modular charging handle assembly that includes a charging handle body that extends between a bolt engagement end and a pull end. The charging handle body is oriented along a longitudinal axis. The charging handle assembly also includes a base disposed at the pull end of the charging handle body and operatively connected thereto. The base includes a pair of mounting guides set on either side of the longitudinal axis to provide thereby a modular structure. The charging handle assembly also includes a pair of pull grips mateably and releasably secured to the pair of mounting guides to provide ambidextrous operating means.

Modular charging handle for firearms

Systems and methods for mounting a barrel to a firearm are disclosed herein. The firearm may include a barrel, an upper receiver, a hand guard assembly, a lower receiver, a pistol grip, a buttstock, and a trigger. A barrel extension may include internal threads, mounting protrusions, mounting apertures, an elongated front barrel extension portion, an elongated rear barrel extension portion, and a barrel extension mounting flange. The barrel extension may be sandwiched and secured in between the upper receiver and the hand guard assembly via clamping screws.

An assembly for preventing gas leaks in a bolt carrier group of a firearm is disclosed. The assembly may include a bolt carrier with a gas hole, a bolt carrier gas key attachable to the bolt carrier about the gas hole, a groove disposed on the bolt carrier about the gas hole, and a seal disposed within the groove.

Systems and methods for providing a seal between a bolt carrier and a bolt carrier gas key of a firearm

A bolt carrier group of a firearm is disclosed. The bolt carrier group may include a bolt comprising a passage, an extractor comprising a hole, and an extractor pin comprising an elongated circular body positioned within the passage and the hole to pivotably attach the extractor to the bolt. The extractor pin may include a transverse tab extending from one end of the elongated circular body.
