A method and apparatus visualizing compensation adjustments for employees of organization. A computer system identifies a number of merit groups for a group of employees based on employee evaluation for employees in the group of employees. The computer system identifies a number of compensation adjustment parameters. The computer system applies the number of compensation adjustment parameters to a compensation distribution of the group of employees to determine a compensation adjustment for each merit group. The computer system determines impact of the compensation adjustment on the compensation distribution of the group of employees. The computer system displays the impact of the compensation adjustment in a compensation adjustment scenario.

A method, apparatus and computer program product for displaying a web page. Metadata describing a web page is received by a client data processing system. The metadata defines what the web page looks like without content for the web page. The content needed for the web page based on the metadata is identified by the client data processing system. The content for the web page is obtained by the client data processing system. The web page using the metadata and the content is created by the client data processing system without using a markup language. The web page on a graphical user interface on the client data processing system is displayed by the client data processing system.

Web page generation system

A method, computer system, and computer program product for a standalone demonstration of an application. Requests sent from the application running on a browser to a server data processing system are detected. Responses received from the server data processing system for the requests sent from the application are detected. The requests and the responses for the application are stored in a data structure. The requests and the responses enable simulating the server data processing system to perform the standalone demonstration of the application running on the browser on a client data processing system using the data structure without communicating with the server data processing system.

A method, computer system and computer program product for profiling a web page. Components in the web page are identified. Times to display the components for the web page in a browser in a graphical user interface on a display system for a client data processing system are identified while the components are processed for display on the display system during use of the application by a customer. A profile of the times is created to display a group of the components on the display system when a user input from the customer requests information about the times to display the group of the components, enabling identifying a corrective action that increases a speed at which the web page is displayed on the display system for the client data processing system.

The web page is displayed on a graphical user interface on a display system, enabling a reduction in resources at a web server that are used to display the web page, enabling a reduction in resources used to display the web page.
