A nozzle housing is disclosed for a disposable fluid delivery system of an electrostatic applicator. The nozzle housing includes an air supply inlet port configured to be in fluid communication with and receive a nozzle end of an air supply tube. A voltage cavity port is configured to receive a tube with a voltage wire. A delivery outlet can be at a distal end of the nozzle housing opposite a luer inlet port, the delivery outlet configured to receive a delivery tube of a luer and in fluid communication with the air supply inlet port.

Systems and methods of electrostatically spraying a treatment solution are disclosed that include electrostatically charging, by a cartridge assembled with a handheld portable electrostatic device, a treatment solution. The handheld portable electrostatic device can include a housing, the cartridge removably disposed in the housing. The cartridge can include a cartridge housing, at least one electrode to electrostatically charge and ionize molecules of the treatment solution of the cartridge, and a nozzle positioned at a distal end of the cartridge housing, the nozzle of the cartridge being configured to deliver the electrostatically charged treatment solution and configured to be in fluid communication with an air supply tube in fluid communication with a pump in the housing.

Device, systems, and methods of applying a treatment solution to a treatment site

A handheld portable electrostatic device for electrostatically applying a treatment solution to a treatment site of a patient, including a housing and a cartridge removably disposed in the housing. The cartridge includes a cartridge housing and a nozzle for applying the treatment solution. An electrostatic module is provided to electrostatically charge and ionize molecules of the treatment solution of the cartridge. The treatment solution is configured to flow toward the nozzle whereby at least one electrode electrically connected to the electrostatic module physically contacts the treatment solution as it flows therethrough and applies an electrical charge to the treatment solution.

A universal device for securing a catheter on a patient includes a base which optionally has at least one locating element for positioning or securing a catheter or catheter fitting of various shapes or sizes. The base has an opening and one or more restraining elements positioned on a surface of the base and extending over a portion of the opening. A retention plate includes locating elements for positioning or securing a catheter or catheter fitting of various shapes or sizes on the retention plate. Optionally, the retention plate may be movable. A support plate or similar device attached to the base holds the retention plate between the restraining elements and the support plate.
