A process for automatically removing packages in a winding station of a yarn winding machine, having elements () for holding and disengaging a full package (), a winding guide () guiding the yarn to be wound during winding, a bar () for disengagement from the winding guide (), a package drive (), heads () for gripping and holding the spool () and a device () for supplying the station with spools (). The process includes providing, during each removal cycle, a relaxation of the tension of the supply yarn, then restarting a new winding cycle after completing the removal cycle. The invention is more particularly applicable to the field of the textile industry, in particular machines for winding yarns.

Process for automatic removal of packages

The rack (1) for supporting bobbins (2) of filament is made up of several superposed rows of bobbins (2) mounted on spindles (X-X'). The rack (1) has a zone (3) for intermediate storage of bobbins (2) in which said bobbins are placed next to each other on a support (4), a conveyor (7, 8) being provided for automatically conveying the bobbins (2) to the storage zone. To be used for rationalizing the transfer of bobbins and the positioning of bobbins in a rack.

The present invention concerns a machine for continuously crimping textile threads. The machine (10) comprises a frame composed of a support plate (14) to which there are attached two upper blocks (17a and 17b) defining a compression chamber (18), two elements (19a and 19b) defining a decompression chamber (20) and two paddles (21a and 21b) defining an evacuation chamber (22). The threads are introduced into the compression chamber by two pulleys (25a and 25b). The decompression chamber (20) is supplied with steam through conduits (31a and 31b). The paddles (21a and 21b) are subject to the action of two spring blocks (33a and 33b). This machine is used to cause crimping and bulking of all kinds of threads, and for fixing the crimping and inflation.

Machine for crimping textile threads

The object of the present invention is the free retraction of thread spirals placed on a perforated conveyor belt during a heat treatment such as heat retraction or heat fixing of dyes. The device applies shaking movements or vibrations to a vertical component of the perforated belt, especially inside a heat treatment enclosure. It consists of an oscillating rotatable shaft transversely disposed inside the enclosure and applied to the lower surface of the belt. The shaft may have one or more plane surfaces, for example a rectangular transverse section.
