An electric actuating bolt motor with a gear unit for use in a motor vehicle, the motor including a shaft rotatably supported in a motor housing and a toothed part arranged externally of the housing, and further including a bearing shield, an attachment flange and an aperture side wall which embraces the toothed part, the bearing shield also having an end wall in whose region a bearing area for the shaft is provided. The bearing shield prevents damage to the shaft and the toothed part of the actuating motor prior to its assembly with the gear unit.

A safety belt system comprising a belt displacer for a belt which is so constructed as to transport a section of the safety belt between a retracted position and a seizing position for purposes of facilitating fastening of the belt, is provided for its use with a three-point safety belt, in which the belt ends are attached at the seat bearer respectively at the seat on one side of the seat and run over a belt base point and a belt shoulder point. The belt displacer includes a belt deflection element which within the area between the belt ends engages at the belt and is displaceable along the belt. In the seizing position of the belt displacer, the belt buckle to be inserted into the belt lock is arranged within the area of the belt deflection element and can therefore be easily reached. As soon as the belt buckle is inserted into the belt lock, the belt displacer travels back into the retracted position.

Safety belt system, especially in a motor vehicle

An installation for adjusting a safety belt hinge point in a vehicle with a slide member determining the hinge point and displaceable along a rail and with a detent mechanism selectively fixing the slide member at the rail 30 in at least two detent positions; the detent mechanism includes a detent element which engages in detent apertures of the rail and is prestressed by a spring into the detent position; the detent element and the actuating handle for the actuation of the detent element which is coupled with the detent element, are displaceable in different directions and are coupled with each other by a guide element 52 providing a step-down translation. An increased prestress force on the detent element with an actuating force for the handle that remains the same, is achieved thereby together with a mechanically simple construction.

Installation for adjusting a hinge point of a vehicle safety belt

An arrangement for locking an entrainment member for a safety belt at a cassette, in which the entrainment member is adjustable along a guide profile by a pressure-resistant cable; an adjustable locking member engaging the entrainment member is thereby supported in the cassette, which is constructed tubularly-shaped and in one piece; an insert member is detachably secured in the cassette, which consists in particular of plastic material--preferably of a polyacetyl--or of a die-cast metal--preferably of aluminum--and which form-lockingly surrounds the free end of the guide profile.
