The invention relates to an x-ray device with an x-ray source fixed to a ceiling stand and a generator connected therewith in order to supply it with power. For simplification purposes, it is proposed in accordance with the invention to provide a conductor rail between the generator and the x-ray source on the ceiling in order to produce an electrical connection, along which conductor rail a ceiling stand accommodating the x-ray source can be moved.

The invention relates to an x-ray device with an x-ray source fixed to a ceiling stand and a generator connected therewith in order to supply voltage. In order to achieve as compact an arrangement as possible, it is proposed in accordance with the invention to provide the generator with means of suspended fixing on a ceiling.

A method is for the compensation of image disturbances in the course of a radiation image recording caused by a defocusing of an antiscatter grid, arranged in the beam path between a beam source and a digital radiation image receiver and focused with respect to a specific distance from the focus of the beam source. A slice level display for x-ray systems has a projector arranged next to a patient-support plate which emits light beam directed onto a patient on the support plate, projector being coupled to a drive system in order to displace an x-ray radiator and an exposure cassette, seated under the patient-support plate, oppositely around the light beam axis as a pivot point of their connecting line. The x-ray radiator and the exposure cassette are displaceable via separate drives that are coupled with a control unit having a position sensor associated therewith. The position sensor supplies height position signals of the projector to the control unit which are used to calculate control signals for operating the respective drives for displacing the x-ray radiator and the cassette. The projector and a displacement mechanism therefor and the height position sensor are detachably securable to the patient-support plate as a structural unit.

In automatic EKG-analysis, for example, the occurrence of signals, such as regular QRS-complex or also extrasystoles, is monitored in adjustable time intervals. However, it also happens that regular signal complexes in a signal sequence are lacking. In accordance with an exemplary embodiment, for the recognition and display of missing individual events in the essentially periodic signal sequence corresponding to the mean signal frequency, an adjustable measuring voltage, proportional to the signal period duration, is compared with the mean value formed from the measuring voltage summed up in the preceding signal period, whereby, upon exceeding the comparison voltage value, a count signal is triggered. In this manner, asystolias, or so-called 'missed beats' of the EKG can be ascertained, while compensatory pauses after extrasystoles are eliminated.
