Containers are filled with liquids by equipment incorporating a carousel rotatable about a vertical axis, and a number of filler heads mounted to the carousel, each comprising a platform on which to set a container, a nozzle aligned with the platform and serving to direct at least one type of liquid into the container, also a dynamometer associated with the platform and sensing the weight of the container. The equipment includes at least one tank holding at least one liquid to be batched into the containers, and a fixed pipeline of which a first end is connected to the tank and a second end is connected by way of a rotary coupling to a manifold at the top of the carousel.

Equipment for filling containers with materials, preferably liquids

The dispenser device for liquid substances has a chamber for accommodating a liquid substance, at least one first passage arranged in an upper portion of the chamber and adapted to allow the inflow of the liquid substance into the chamber, and a dispenser suitable for feeding the liquid substance into the chamber through the first passage. A second passage is provided for the outflow of the liquid substance from a lower portion of the chamber, a valve adjusts the flow of the liquid substance through the second passage, and a flow deflector element is arranged within the chamber and is interposed in a fixed position between the first passage and the second passage. The deflector element has a substantially torroidal shape, and an intermediate portion thereof flanks, at a substantially constant distance, the inner surface of the chamber.

Dispenser device for liquid substances

The apparatus for conveying containers in a filling machine comprises a rotary conveyor which has a plurality of mutually angularly equidistant sucker holder elements, each of which is adapted to accommodate a related container. Each sucker holder element is mounted so as to be radially slidable on the rotary conveyor, and adjustment elements are provided for modifying, in a radial direction with respect to the rotary conveyor, the position of the holder elements so as to adapt the apparatus for handling containers of various sizes without requiring the replacement of mechanical parts.

Apparatus for conveying products

Apparatus for correctly positioning dispensers to be applied to containers, wherein containers and dispensers are fed in succession to an aligning conveyor which comprises a plurality of housings adapted to receive respective dispensers and to support them rotatably about their respective axes. A fixed abutment element is arranged adjacent to the aligning conveyor and is adapted to interfere with a portion of the peripheral surface of the dispensers to cause a rotation of the dispensers about their respective axes during their movement on the aligning conveyor. A photocell is provided for sensing the position assumed by a given portion of each rotating dispenser, and suckers are also provided and controlled by the photocell in order to lock each dispenser within the related housing when a given position is reached.
