A device for moving a group of containers for pharmaceutical or biotechnological use, between chambers with a controlled atmosphere comprising a support structure, supports configured to accommodate containers with an exposed part, a guide for guiding the supports, rotationally coupled to the support structure, first rotating means of the guide and movement means of the supports along the guide. The guide rotates to locate the exposed parts of the containers in one of the chambers and the movement means vary the distances between the supports, preferably by means of a main body which is rotationally coupled to the guide and which comprises an external surface on which tracks are formed. An apparatus and a method for producing pharmaceutical or biotechnological articles are provided, involving the movement of containers between chambers with a controlled atmosphere.

Device for moving containers, an apparatus and a method for producing pharmaceutical or biotechnological articles

Devices and methods for sampling, detecting and/or characterizing particles, for example, via collection, growth and analysis of viable biological particles such as microorganisms. Devices and methods of the invention include particle samplers and impactors including a sampling head comprising one or more intake apertures, a selectively removable cover, an impactor base connected to the sampling head, and one or more magnets fixed to the sampling head, the selectively removable cover and/or the impactor base. The one or more magnets allow for robotic manipulation of the impactor devices.

Robotic control for aseptic processing

A mobile monitoring device for monitoring controlled contamination areas may include a motorized mobile structure, a sampling unit, and a central management and control unit. The motorized mobile structure is configured to move within an area to be monitored. The sampling unit is positioned on said mobile structure, and configured to perform sampling operations of air and/or surfaces of said area and obtain sampling data. The central management and control unit is operatively connected to the mobile structure and to said sampling unit. The mobile structure may be controlled by the central unit to reach predefined points of the area to be monitored. The sampling unit may be selectively activated and/or deactivated by said central unit in correspondence with said predefined starting points of said sampling operations.

Mobile monitoring device for controlled contamination areas

A containment system and assembly for the automated production of pharmaceutical or biotechnical articles is provided. The containment system has a housing within which there is an inner chamber having at least one through opening. One or more robots are installed in the chamber, which have a manipulating element on the pivotable arms, which can move within a pivot range. One or more process units are installed in the chamber for the production of the articles. The chamber includes a process space for the production of the articles and a tub-shaped base space for anchoring the feet of the robots to the side surfaces inside the base space. The manipulating element functions as a gripping and transportation device for inspecting the articles or article parts and/or for the production of the articles.

Constructive assembly of a containment means, intended for the automated production of pharmaceutical or biotechnical articles

A unit for sterilizing and depyrogenating containers of the type including a conveying device suitable for receiving a plurality of containers through at least an inlet and supplying the containers in a set direction to a corresponding outlet of the unit. The unit has a sterilizing/depyrogenating unit defined by at least two sterilizing modules arranged consecutively in said direction and communicating through an intermediate passage and affected by the conveying device. The sterilizing modules are activatable independently of one another according to alternative operating modes for hot and/or cooling sterilizing the containers.

A unit for washing containers comprises a conveying device for supporting and advancing in an orderly manner said containers to a grasping, moving and washing device; the grasping, moving and washing device comprises at least a conveyor provided with a grasping arrangement for grasping in succession groups of said containers from said conveying device at a first operating position and at least a bank of nozzles for dispensing and diffusing washing liquid substances inside the containers; the unit further comprises a moving actuating arrangement for moving with reciprocating motion in relation to each other said conveyor and the bank of nozzles for causing the insertion of the nozzles inside the groups of said containers at a second operating position.

A compact system for packaging sterile pharmaceutical liquid products injectable into suitable containers in a sterile environment comprises a plurality of operative packaging stations connected together and arranged in succession along an advancing path of said containers; the plurality of stations comprises at least a washing station intended for cleaning and decontaminating each of the said containers, at least a sterilizing station for sterilizing the containers exiting said washing station, and at least a filling and sealing station for filling said containers with said liquids and for sealing said containers; said stations and a connecting arrangement thereof are mounted in an operating configuration on a sole work platform; the washing station and the sterilizing station being arranged parallel and alongside one another, and connected together by a first conveyor of the containers arranged transversely to the washing station and to the sterilizing station to define a first substantially 'U'-shaped portion of said path; the filling and sealing station being arranged aligned on said washing station and connected, in a staggered position, to the sterilizing station by a second conveyor of said containers arranged transversely to the sterilizing station, to define a second substantially 'L'-shaped portion of the advancing path.

Compact system for packaging injectable liquid products into containers in a sterile environment

A method for the cold sterilization of a tunnel-type oven ( ) for the hot sterilization of bottles, having an input chamber ( ), a hot sterilization chamber ( ), a cooling chamber ( ) and a conveyor ( ). The method consists of a sequence of operating phases which have to be carried out periodically when the oven is empty. The method includes airtightly closing the input ( ) and output ( ) openings of the oven ( ), suppyling a pre-defined amount of cold sterilization fluid mixed with air, until all the inner surfaces of the oven ( ) are reached by the fluid, opening a recycling duct ( ); stopping the supply of cold sterilization fluid, and supplying the oven ( ) with humidity and temperature controlled air.
