A water analysis sensor electrode for determining an analyte in water includes a sensor electrode housing which is configured to be closed. The sensor electrode housing comprises an inner wall and an ion-selective sensor electrode diaphragm arranged at a lower distal end of the sensor electrode housing. An electrolyte solution is in the sensor electrode housing. A measuring electrode is arranged in the sensor electrode housing. A gas bubble is enclosed by the sensor electrode housing. A rigid rod element having a round cross section is arranged in the sensor electrode housing so that a continuous open capillary channel extends over a length of the sensor electrode housing between the rigid rod element and the inner wall.

Water analysis sensor electrode

A transport container system for a water analysis sensor cartridge includes a water analysis sensor cartridge configured to be interchangeable. The water analysis sensor cartridge comprises at least two different sensor membranes. A transport container cup comprises, for each of the at least two different sensor membranes, a separate moist chamber. Each separate moist chamber comprises one chamber opening and a specific humectant for each of the at least two different sensor membranes.

A water analysis measurement arrangement for determining a concentration of ions and/or ionic compounds in an aqueous medium includes a closed buffer solution housing comprising a pH buffer solution. The closed buffer solution housing is configured to communicate with the aqueous medium via an electrolyte bridge. A reference electrode is arranged in the closed buffer solution housing. An amplifier ground is disposed on a ground electrode and is configured to directly contact the aqueous medium. A high-impedance amplifier comprises a first capacitive element arranged between the reference electrode and the amplifier ground. An AC voltage generator is arranged between the amplifier ground and the ground electrode. A measurement electrode is configured to directly contact the aqueous medium. A redundant unit comprises a separate low-impedance redundant electrode arranged in the closed buffer solution housing and a high-impedance redundant electrode amplifier comprising a second capacitive element to the amplifier ground.

Water analysis measurement arrangement

An immersion probe for water analysis includes at least one electrode configured to detect an analyte in water, a probe head with a probe head end side on which the at least one electrode is disposed, and a separate protective cap attached to the probe head so as to be removable in a distal direction. The separate protective cap includes a protective cap end side with an electrode opening and an air discharge nozzle. The air discharge nozzle is configured so as to cause air exiting the air discharge nozzle to sweep over the at least one electrode.
