Disclosed herein are thermal interface materials based on two-part polyurethane resins comprising a polyurethane resin and a thermally conductive filler dispersed throughout the polyurethane resin, wherein the polyurethane resin is formed from two parts comprising: a first part comprising a triol, and a second part comprising an isocyanate-functionalized component, wherein at least one of the first part and the second part comprises a thermally conductive filler material.

The present invention relates to radiation of dual radiation/moisture curable compositions based on (meth)acrylate- and silane-terminated polymers that can be used as 3D printing materials and provide isotropic and elastomeric properties. The invention further relates to the use thereof as 3D printing materials and printing methods using said compositions.

The disclosure relates to moisture curable compositions based on a combination of silane-modified polymer and silane functional additive, their manufacture and use. The present invention relates to a binder system which contains an isocyanate-terminated polyurethane prepolymer as the resin component and a polyol mixture as the curing agent, said polyol mixture containing at least one alkoxylated diamine.
