A bushing for a variable set blade includes a cylindrical part configured to receive the blade, the root of the blade being able to rotate in the cylindrical part, and a base including: a first side able to be put in contact with a first edge of a circumferential groove of the ring, and/or a second side able to be put in contact with a second edge of the circumferential groove of the ring. At least one of the first side or second side of the base includes at least one bevel through which the first side or the second side is able to be put in contact with one of the first edge or second edge of the circumferential groove so as to block the bushing in rotation. The invention finds a particularly interesting application in the field of aircraft.

A variable-pitch vane for a stator stage includes an active part of the vane either side of which are positioned a radially inner platform and a radially outer platform, where the active part of the vane, which has a surface forming a convex surface, and a surface forming a concave surface, separate the platform into a part positioned on the convex side and a part positioned on the concave side. Seen along the direction of the vane's axis of rotation, the part has an outer outline superimposed on a circle, at the distance of which, and inside which, is at least a part of the outer outline of the part of the platform.

A method of developing a tool for non-destructive inspection of parts of a turbomachine engine is disclosed. The method includes: a) making parts and/or sets of parts of an engine portion by prototyping from a digital model of the engine portion, and then assembling the parts and/or sets of parts in order to make a three-dimensional lifesize mock-up; and b) verifying that it is possible to pass the inspection tool through access orifices and/or passages of the mock-up until a distal end of the tool is situated in the vicinity of a part for inspection, and validating the tool or modifying its configuration or the configuration of the access orifices as a function of the results of the verification.

Method of developing and calibrating a tool for non-destructive inspection of parts of a turbomachine

A stage of variable-pitch vanes for a turbomachine is disclosed. The vanes include internal pivots engaged in corresponding housings of a sectorized internal ring. Each ring sector includes axial orifices for mounting two pins for the radial retention of the ring sector on the internal pivot of a vane. Each pin includes an immobilization device cooperating by shape coupling with a complementary immobilization device of the other pin in order to rotationally immobilize these pins in the orifices in the ring sectors.

A turbomachine rotor wheel includes a disk carrying blades having roots engaged and held in an annular recess of the disk. The roots are connected to platforms for co-operating with an annular gasket mounted in an annular groove of the disk. The annular sealing gasket exerts a resilient force on the blade platforms holding the blades in a proper position for operation while the turbomachine is at rest.

A variable-setting stator blade guidance device of an axial turbomachine is provided. The blade includes an airfoil, a platform and a pivot mounted in the casing of the turbomachine. The device includes a bearing integrated into the platform. In particular, the device includes a bush sandwiched between the platform and the casing, and the integrated bearing is formed between the bush and the platform. In particular, the bush includes a cylindrical surface portion on the side of the platform cooperating with a matching cylindrical surface portion on the platform to form the integrated bearing.

Variable-setting stator blade guidance device in an axial turbomachine

The invention relates to a ceramic-based bushing for mounting in a turbomachine casing to provide a smooth bearing for a pivot of a variable-pitch vane. The bushing is constituted by a metal jacket and a ceramic ring secured to the inside wall of said jacket by brazing. The invention also provides a turbomachine compressor having variable-pitch stator vanes with pivots mounted in the casing by means of such bushings.

An inter-vane platform, for a vane support disk of a turbine engine fan, includes a central part of one piece with the support disk between two adjacent vanes, and two lateral parts, forming extensions to two lateral edges of the central part, and each designed in such a way as to deflect under the impact of the vane opposite which the lateral part is located.
